I booked my room through the internet. Confirmed with them on the phone, because the prices they give on the phone, and internet prices are very different. Reservations are the problem. When we got there, wrong name, wrong phone, wrong description of room amenities, wrong price, and threatening receptionsit. We negotiated the price back down to what had been agreed on the phone. The frontdesk girl was smiling. The rooms were alright, Not too expensive like some other hotels i tried in the area. it was clean and close to the main street. They have a nice massage service I tried some more expensive hotel and was satisfied with this one. This is were i will stay next time in Magog more

Highly reccomended. Throughout many experiences within the area itself, I have tried many different inns and lodges and rarely were we treated as well as this place.
