We decided to upgrade to a suite which included a whirlpool tub and fireplace. When reserved we were told it was $30.00 extra. At check out it become 30.00 extra per person. I gave them my credit number, the charged a deposit that they were not suppose to do, and then I canceled my reservation and I was elegible to my refund and a month later they tell me to be patient and I still have no refund. more

Exactly as advertised. We organized a weekend stay at the Alpine and hit the slopes for some skiing/snowboarding which is a convenient 5-10 minute drive maximum to the best hills in the area. The customer service was amazing and we all took the dinner package each night to enjoy some nice downtime after hard days of fun on the slopes...... more
