Loved the Chantecler hotel and the whole city of St-Adele overall. As first time skiers in our mid forties we stayed for a week in February. Had a great time! We would definetely go back again, people are so lovely and very helpful. Great fun & relaxing at night time when you need to rest your weary bones. I recommend... more

Small room, small bath room, small TV. The matress was terrible. The hotel is a real maze. The beach was closed for two days for no particular reason, chairs tied up, impossible to rent any boats. more

The Chantecler Ski Resort was truly a good choice made by my wife. Its overlooking a very nice lake where we can skate with the family. Also, the ski is simply great for the family. There is a shuttle that leaves right from the hotel to the ski slope all the time. The skiing was great, nice open trails with... more

What was planned as a very relaxing week-end turned into a major disappointing stay all because of the inefficiencies of the staff and the manor in which they upkeep (or don't!) the hotel. Our room seemed like something from the 70's/early 80's: cheap wood furniture, stale and dusty blue carpet and basic accessories like remote control, hair dryer, etc. missing... more

It isn't even close by any standards. Despite the setting (beautiful lake, nice natural surroundings), the service is horrible and the pricy rooms are at best comparable to rooms from chain motels. Our room was damp, with grimy bathrooom ceilings and blood stains on the bedsheets. We waited more than 30 minutes for food and beverage service on the terrace,... more

Beautiful setting, nice lake, ... The village is near the hotel (for food, etc) and about 5 minutes north from Saint Sauveur and 30-40 minutes north of Montréal (depending on traffic and construction on highway 15!). Free parking. DIfficult to reach reception to get a wakeup call. Had to call three times to get an answer! The reception area is... more

I have stayed at this beautiful hotel 3 times in the last year. Every single experience has been great for me. The hotel is not very high in levels but has connecting pavillions! The lobby is so warm and welcoming. Staff is great. I've only had their hot breakfast buffet, and the food is excellent, fresh. The rooms are simple... more

This hotel is simply great!! We came with our teenagers and they were happy to see that Chantecler is situated in a small but vibrant nightlife town especially on Monday's at Bourbon Street North. My wife was satisfied with the very high quality spa that is reasonably priced and incredible apparently. And I personally was very satisfied because the view... more

This is a very nice hotel that has an incredible location next to a small lake and beautiful woods. The staff is polite and the meals are of high quality. Also the price is affordable and what you get is really worth it. more

From the moment we arrived my family and I got nothing but fantastic service from the overly friendly staff that exudes nothing less than the highest degree of professionalism. We simply had to asked and the staff at Hotel Chantecler made it possible! What can we say of the view! Fantastic! Our room, a suite, was very charming, the buffet... more
