We have flown Gatwick many times before and used various carparking/stopover hotels. This one is, without doubt, the best. We booked 4 rooms at Hookwood Lodge and parking for 3 cars. The hotel is conveniently situated in a very pretty setting and the rooms all have very comfortable beds and good facilities. The local pub serves good meals and is... More

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here before flying from Gatwick. We have travelled as a family with children but this time as a couple. I have to say the rooms are large, beds comfy & shower room clean & adequate. There is a good selection of refreshments in the room including 2 bottles of still water. Soap,... More

We use Hookwood Lodge a couple if times a year, their web site says 4 mins from Gatwick terminal and a couple of minutes walk to a pub for food. Guess what? They are telling the truth. Parking, rooms, service and reliability is all beyond fault.

We have used this hotel twice now for pre flight stopovers. Large, clean and tidy rooms, relaible airport drop off and pickups and a good pub within walking distance for food and drink. Highly recommended - not much else to say is there.

Used Hookwood Lodge for the first time in October, rooms are spotless, transport to & from the airport was excellent, very quiet, so a good nights sleep before your holiday. We will definitely use it again next time we fly out of Gatwick.

This was the first time we have used this hotel and it was hard to choose as many of the local ones seemed to have mixed reviews. Again, we opted for this as the majority of Trip Advisor reviews seemed positive. When we arrived the gate wouldn't open and we didn't have a code. A Tudor Rose van came down... More

Our car broke down at the airport. We were due to meet Tudor Rose Parking at 5.30 in the morning and our car broke down on the airport slipway. With two small children on a busy highway this was extremely harrowing. A Tudor Rose driver recognised our registration number and stopped to help. We were already running late and Tudor... More

Took a bit of a punt on this as reviews were mixed but it was a great overall experience. We arrived Sunday evening and were able to park the car in the lovely grounds right outside the main house. We were shown our rooms which were superb and very comfortable and then took a 2 minute stroll up the road... More

Stayed here to leave my car here whilst on holiday but wasn't the best idea.First after specifically telling them to take us to the airport over the phone at 4.30pm they said they though we meant 4.30 am to be taken to the airport. So they then said we don't take people to the airport then. This was useless to us.After speaking... We have stayed at Hookwood Lodge before - but not for a couple of years because of taking last minute breaks and them being full when we tried to book. This time we got lucky. An old 'Manor House' set in lovely landscaped gardens, the rooms are large, spotlessly clean and furnished with old or antique furniture. They have modern... More
