To be honest, this is one of the most fantastic places we've ever stayed ... But the hotel itself lacks of maintenance .... Plugs which are not working, fridge had light but didn't cool, fountains in the garden didn't work.... And worst of all: electricity in the private pool. Informing staff when leaving they even laughed straight into our face...... More

I Have stay at this Hotel a few days ago, the place was great, nearby the lake, the view also stunning, they have Villa with private pool inside, also jacuzzi, nice living room. The service was averages, but it will not be a defect at all, since we have a great time for swimming and sleeping at all the time.... More

We stayed here coz we planned to go for the Mount Batur trek. It's right at the foothills so convenient place. The property is vast but ill maintained. Could be coz there were very few guests but maintenance throughout the resort was a let down considering the amount we paid and after the fabulous hospitality at Gino Feruci lovina this... More

We had 1 night here and found it to be very tired, dirty and rundown. The showers produced warm water with the shower heads blocked so very little flow. There were many loose boards in the shower and on the deck making it hazardous. The pool area was huge and all pools were heated due to the hot springs. Room... More

We stopped here for one night on our honeymoon in order to climb Mount Batur in the morning. We couldn't wait to get out of there. It was dirty and run down. The bathrooms in the suites are only partially enclosed and mosquitos are everywhere in there. The shampoo looks like it has been there since the 80s, and the... More

The staff were not professional and not dressed in hotel uniform The lobby was very dark and unwelcoming. The gardens around the villas are nice. The villas would have been great when they were built, however they are very poorly maintained. It was very hard to get sleep as the blinds were broken and did not close, all of the... More

Hands down the most overpriced underwhelming hotel experience of our life. No Wifi, computers down at check in, unable to confirm payment, asking us to email itinerary to them. Dark dingy bizarre lobby. This hotel feels like it is days away from being abandoned. No other guests during our stay. Grounds are in awful shape. Breakfast by the lake sounds... More

The deluxe pool villa is quite amazing with private pool and jacuzzi tub. The room and the bathroom are spacious and the location is good especially for Mount Batur trekking. It was nice having rest after the trek next to the pool and the hot spring. The place is quiet so good for people looking for calm and peace.

This resort had its grand opening in 2002, but maintenance has not been kept up. Wifi was difficult to get. Staff were nice. Kintamani didn't have much to offer and the roads in and out were TERRIBLE!
