“Not the best first experience”

First time staying at this hotel. Was initially ignored by staff when trying to check in, another staff member noticed and asked them to attend to us whilst they were chatting. “One of my favourites!”

“Nice hotel”

I stayed here 4 years ago. It is a lovely hotel with great spacious rooms, modern and bright. There is a shopping centre just outside the hotel with restaurants. I found it a relaxing place to stay. I plan on returning to South Africa some time this year and would stay here again based on my first experience.

“Hotel Stay - SunSquare”

We had a Great weekend, the staff were very pleasant and friendly. Good sized and clean rooms, these were extremely comfortable. Great idea with the bathroom . Good location in relation to the casino. Great breakfast in the morning.

“Lovely budget luxury hotel”

Basic but luxurious stay right on the piazza. Restaurant attached from Deema(masterchef South Africa) well worth the visit. Staff were very friendly and professional. Lovely little gym downstairs very clean and well equipped. Will definitely return. Had a lovely stay.

“A perfect , refreshing overnight stop”

We stayed here on 3 separate occasions on our recent visit to South Africa and it was great each time. The shower/toilet/hand basin thing is a bit of a negative point but not insurmountable.!
