We had visited Les Baux before, and thought we would like to make a stopover there between a Friday to Friday rental near Cannes and a Saturday to Saturday rental near Carcassonne. It's not exactly on the way, but the Klimpt show at the quarry clinched it for us. Le Mas d'Aigret was a great choice - easy to find,... More

Dear guests, Thank you very much for having chosen the Mas d'Aigret for your stay. The quarry (Carrière des Lumières) has a lot of success indeed. Originally, the white stone (typical of the Alpilles) issued from the quarry was used to build the castle in the middle of the village of the Baux de Provence. Every year a new show... More

What a gem! This was our favorite location on our 10 day trip to the south of France. With only 16 rooms you get to know the staff and they know you! Beautiful location at the base of the village of Les Baux. Lovely pool with an amazing view of the castle. A trail to hike up to the medieval... More

Dear guests, A huge thank you for your warm praise about your stay at the Mas d'Aigret. Florent had great pleasure giving you pétanque lessons. We are happy to hear that you also loved the heated pool, the view and the food. Did you try the foie gras with stewed black olives and ginger, the speciality of the chef, Eric... More

Beautiful Les Baux de Provence is very popular with tourists. . . therefore, it is expensive to stay and to eat in a restaurant there. As far as I have been able to find in my 4 visits (over the last 15 years), there are no true bargains to be had. Saying that, Le Mas d'Aigret is a good, comfortable... More

This a very nice 3*** hôtel , but 4**** qualities. The "accueil" is outstanding during our whole stay, and we stayed 6 nights. Great cavern type dining room, great outside patio. Walking distance the Village of Les Baux de Provence, free parking. Nice pool . DO NOT MISS going the " Lumières dans les Carrières " show. Incredible !!!!

Charming hotel in the heart of Le Baux. Great views to the mountain and the provence fields. The rooms are ok and the toilets as well. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good too. The price of the room did not include breakfast and I think that for what you pay, breakfast should be included as it... More

Expensive but very calm with enchanted atmosphere, making it worth the price. It's clean and has a retro atmosphere. The view in the morning from the rooms with terrace is breath taking. Recommend !! En plus it is a must to visit the château! You also must try the restaurant of the hotel for dinner. Limited menu but very tasty.

Breathtaking grounds and views. When we arrived we were welcomed and taken around by the owner who was very accommodating as was his wife and the entire staff. The location is excellent- a short walk to the village. I do think the rooms need some updating but our room was very clean.

Clean, quiet, charming. Just a short walk from Les Baux and a short drive to much else. The hosts are helpful, the food excellent, and tbe silence at night is wonderful. Free WiFi if you want, but its posdible to unplug and unwind. Don't miss the aqueduct about 10 minutes away on the road to Arles.

Awesome views from this hotel and this was our second trip to the hotel after three years. There is now a new pool area and boules pitch. The lunch and dinner here is excellent quality and presentation. Unfortunately one evening our two starters were 40 mins late. They must have forgotten as it was smoked salmon and cold fois gras....
