Our room was large and beautiful with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was unbelievable with fresh fruit, eggs, sausages, toast, coffee and orange juice. The house is air conditioned so it was comfortable to sleep. The yard is stunning with a gurgling water feature and large trees and gardens. Maureen and George are great hosts and make you feel comfortable. This... More

Our room upstairs was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and served a delicious breakfast. The B&B is very convenient to local attractions, including the Royal Tyrell Museum and various viewpoints and hiking trails in the badlands. We felt we were staying in the perfect place to enjoy the area.

Fantastic Hosts, great breakfast, spacious and clean rooms. I would definitely come back if I am ever in the area. The food was great, host is a great cook. The bedroom we had was large and came with a Jacuzzi and a TV area. The location was great too and our hosts were amazing, giving us a booklet of where... More

We made a reservation months ago to arrive and find out that our room was given to someone else. They had us arriving the next day in their paper work. We showed them a copy of our reservation.Never did we hear " I am so sorry" . Eventually they admitted it was their error but all we were given was... More

I am sorry that I made an error with this booking. When the man and his son arrived I brought them into the house, checked my reservation book I had them arriving the next day. So I made a couple of phone calls and found them an appropriate accommodation at another B&B this was done within 10 minutes of their... More

We,as a family, had the pleasure of spending a night at this b&b. As my husband says, it don't get no better! We stayed in the basement suite and suffice to say, we chose to stay 'home' to thoroughly enjoy our surroundings. The gardens are beyond compare. The kids played on the pool table and had a blast exploring their surroundings.... More

We stayed at this homely B+B two nights. We had 2 rooms with planty of space with a nice bathroom. It was really comfortable, very clean and with own access. Maureen and George were lovely and they gave us a lot of useful information about the surrounding. the braekfast was excellent. The Garden is beautiful and the perfect place to... More

We slept two nights in this beautiful B&B. the hosts, mrs Maureen and mr George, gave us a nice welcoming. The room was suitable and there was plenty of pillows and towels. we had to share the bathroom, but this did not cause a big trouble. The air conditioned system was working awesomely well - a big plus considering the... More

This B&B has set the bar pretty darned high, i must say. Although i am usually not a fan of staying in a strangers' home - i was looking for something more quaint for my mother and i, so a B&B it was. This was perfect. We stayed in "the garden room" in the basement - quiet, cool, comfortable and... More

I've travelled to Drumheller from Australia over the last 10 years & always stayed with Maureen and George at McDougall Lane B&B. Occasionally 1 night, usually 1 or 2 weeks. Beautiful, clean rooms and bathrooms, towels in abundance and a hearty breakfast. The hosts, when possible, go out of their way to accommodate families with the accommodation and requests. There...
