First of all... WOW! The Place was very fancy. Antiques and Beautiful things everywhere, to the point where I was frightened to touch anything. The place was friendly and beautiful but the man that runs the places treats you like an idiot. The backdoor lock is broken and when we tried to get in we couldn't. He eventually showed up... more

My wife and I stayed at the Heartwood for a weekend getaway. Our room,though tiny and very warm, was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location in Drumheller was easy to find and close to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. My wife and I just returned from a great 4 days in Drumheller,we stayed in the Cottage out back with separate entrance from hotel, room had a nice jacuzzi tub, comfortable bed and nice sitting area. This inn is very disappointing. We have rented the small house adjacent to the inn. Actually this small house is also adjacent to a car wash. What a terrible view, furthermore the hotel is just in front of a railroad and a ugly boulevard. This is very different of what you might think when you look at their website. Other... more

We were visiting the Tyrrell Museum and wanted to stay in Drumheller. I could have gone to the usual faceless chain Hotels but decided to do soemthing different. I had the perfect wedding in Drumheller and the owners of the Inn & Spa at Heartwood made it possible. They catered to our every need. We didn't want for anything. I would recommend this Inn to anyone, any day, any time. It is very clean, cosy and romantic. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. more
