The service is very good ..realy care about the customers and willing to make an extra effort to satisfy our needs.And aside from being friendly and courteous,they provide true help and doing so in a reasonable amount of time. They do not ignore customer if they cant help to follow up and let them know that we are not forgotten.

I've got to say that Ted at the front desk was awesome and he was totally worth the stay. He was great at reading people and knowing how to interact with them. He would do what he could to make your stay as close to perfect as possible. Thanks Ted :)

The staff at the reception desk was warm, friendly and efficient . The suite was clean, quiet and comfortable.
The continental breakfast is basic – pretty typical of breakfast buffets at airport-area hotels - but the breakfast room is kept clean and tidy and buffet is replenished on a regular basis. The fact that breakfast was available from 5 AM...

I've stayed at just about all the hotels/motels in the Leduc area and this one is the best value by far. Very professional and courteous staff, rooms are large, spotless, well appointed and rival much better ranked properties. Excellent fly and park deal. Best accommodation in the area in all respects.

the front desk staff i cannot complain.. so caring and accommodating like me and my daughter were queens..the food was great too.. the rooms were very quiet and i guess complete in what we needed when we needed a break..
