This place is terrible! That might be ok if it was a cheap place to stay, but it's not! $135 a night for a smelly, grungy little room that was freezing cold and disgusting. We picked it because it's close to the airport and they DO offer a decent rate on parking while you're gone, (we only had to pay... more

Stayed at the Nisku Inn to catch an early morning flight, as well as to stay overnight when the flight returned one week later. Selected it as it is very close to Edm Internat'l, reasonably priced, and had a pool (we were travelling with two kids). However, in the future I will pay extra and go elsewhere. The front desk... more

For starters I will say, horrible service, not equiped for hanicap in anyway, no elevators, no easy to open doors, the list continues. Air Canada put me up for the night when I missed my flight due to their error and not having a wheelchair for me at the gate. It took 25 min for the Nisku Shuttle to come... more

The hotel was nice, relatively quiet and very clean. Food was good in the restaurant. The problem came when we were getting ready in the morning....the power went out, only in our suite and they could not find a breaker...which is fine, stuff happens; however, you would think they would help us out with a flashlight, another room with a... more

Not fussy on accomadations but I would think twice about letting my dog stay here. Stayed at many motels and this is about the worse yet. Cool evening turned the heat on but I guesss they shut it off at the breaker. Not fridge & have to pay for ice...yes pay for ice...is that not just frozen free water? Carpet... more

We booked here for the convenience of the location to the airport. Our room was on the second floor - poolside..... there was no elevator and with our 6 bags (yes, we overpacked!!) and two small children, it was a pain to haul everything up the stairs. We asked for a room on the main floor but they had nothing... more

We needed a hotel close to the Edmonton Airport that offered free parking for the week we were gone. This hotel did & also shuttled us to & from the airport. The room was ok but... if you get a room close to the kitchen, ask to be moved because it was very noisy. We had to get up early... more

Wow, I stayed here 10 years ago and it looks like they haven’t upgraded it since. The courtyard is dark, humid and dingy....it scares me to think of what may be growing in that moat. The room was small and basic. The punk in the next room was cranking death metal (the same song over and over) after midnight so... more

The Nisku Inn has got to be one of the filthiest hotels I could have had the misfortune of staying in. I have an awful lot of hotel-stay experience, and cannot think of a dirtier hotel. There was what I thought were maggots on the carpet, but on closer inspection seemed to be dried rice. Used kleenex beside nightstand. Hair... more
