I rate this hotel/motel high because they not only take excellent care of the rooms and facilities, but management took excellent care of me. A fire in my apartment building caused an evacuation and my insurance allowed me to reside there for 3 months. My room had a kitchenette, sitting room. bedroom and bathroom. It was very comfortable and clean.... More

Don't stay here. Worst service, noisy and rude staff. Hotel is under construction in the front. Terrible breakfast after you wait for staff to eat. This was a very disappointing experience. It was so noisy and the security guard didn't do anything to keep things quiet.

The hotel was located in a nice part of town. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good although strange as it was in an oriental restaurant on the property. the only critical thing would be the size of the room. We had a King size room and it was all taken up by the... More

The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is very nice to talk with. People say hello while your around the hotel. Room was nice, simple and at a great rate. Bathrooms are clean. No sign of mold or damage. Lots of restaurants to eat close by and Metrotown shopping is 2 min away. They even have a free hot breakfast.... More

My pet friendly room was immaculate and comfortable. I wasn't sure what to expect I was very relieved when I first saw the room. There wasn't a mark on the carpet or any odors. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. There aren't any close-by green areas for dog walking but for a few days, I was fine walking... More

Every time I travel for work I use this Best Western. The staff are amazing and very friendly. The hotel is great, the staff are friendly and there are lots of restaurants and shops in the area. They also have a continental breakfast and a gym right across the street.

Nice clean basic hotel room, I stayed here for a night. I got everything I needed, it was clean and simple. I did find the rooms were a bit cramped but I didn't really care considering the cost of real estate in Vancouver is ridiculous.

Best Western needs to up its standards for Best Western Plus. Inconsistency in experience from one hotel to another which leads to disappointment upon arrival. As a consumer that travels allot I rely on the brand representing the quality and service.

Needed to be close to family living in Burnaby, needed several rooms and wanted a place that offered breakfast. This filled the bill including having something suitable for a baby. Quiet and clean and updated.

The location is excellent, with many shops and a good Chinese Restaurant right beside it. Rooms are spacious and clean with the basic amenities. However, the second time I checked in, Expedia had not relayed my booking confirmation to the hotel and I had to wait for some time before the hotel check-in staff sorted out my booking with Expedia....
