For the price you pay the condition of this motel is impressive. The pet friendly room we got was clean, comfortable and updated. The room was fairly large as it fit two beds, and a fair sized table. My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. The management did provide the room with two fans but it was not... More

Stayed over night with Hubby while visiting friends in the area. The room was clean but the bathroom could do with some updating but all in all it was your run of the mill motel room. Good enough for a night or two Staff were friendly and check in and out was a breeze. The price was right for us.... More

Older motel/hotel that was renovated and clean. Check in was easy. Rooms close by. Beds and TV are newer and pretty good. Shower was strong but the bathroom showed signs of being old and poorly renovated. Wood flooring was a nice touch. The restaurant that is attached to the front office is closed Mondays and Tuesday. There is a sushi... More

I booked a room last minute to have some where comfortable to stay on the night of my birthday. Getting the room was easy and the staff member was great. The room was clean and everything was in good working order. The problems began when we returned to the room late that night. Our door key did not work so... More

I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback after staying with us. We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We have talked with our housekeeping staff regarding the early disturbance. Our staff is respectful when a guest leaves the do not disturb sign outside the door. Check out time is 11:00am and if the sign... More

My daughter and I spent two nights at this motel, where our two main requirements were that we had very good high-speed Internet and very good quality beds both these requirements where exceeded. We were quite surprised that this older motel is the first one we stayed at that actually has your own router in your room, you are not... More

We booked here in desperation as our other choices were full. What a nice surprise! The motel is older and needs some upgrading. We had no air conditioning on a very hot weekend but managed with a good fan and a positive attitude. (The managers are hopeful that the aircon will be in place by next summer.) The room was... I arrived shortly before the office closed, worn out after 14 hours on the road and ferry. There were no problems with my reservation or reception, and the room appeared reasonably clean except for some mould around the bath tub. But the two layers of sheer curtains (one white and one brown) provided little privacy, and I felt as if... More

Good room. They upgraded me to a king and I am ok with that. Room is rustic but clean and good! I am here in off the season and in an end room. Quiet and secure. I would come here again to go mountain biking. Front dest has a funny little dog named Chico. Small and very hilarious.

Recently returned here and noticed many changes. The rooms have been re-painted and re-decorated. They also have new bedding and duvet covers. Staff is very friendly, their cafe has amazing breakfast options and I always enjoy the indoor heated pool. Will continue to stay here whenever I am in the Comox Valley. Recommend this place without reservation.
