This is a great place to stay. Close to the centre of Courtenay the hotel is clean, modern and the rooms are huge with great facilities like a microwave. There is also a free swimming pool and fitness centre and free breakfast. Would definitely recommend. more

This place was only a couple days old when we checked in. Service was very good as they were heavily staffed. I thought it was a little over-priced considering Courtenay-Comox isn't exactly a busy metropolis. Room i got was a 1 bedroom suite , there was only 2 of us but we could have slept 6 no problem. Pool area has a slide which is great for the kids. Hotel staff was always very helpful and friendly. Was on a motorcycle trip so when the rain started the hotel was a great place to relax.... more

I will keep this short, brand new hotel, excellent staff across the board good complimentary breakfast very clean and you would think your staying in a 5 star hotel (the rooms a very attractive). Staff was friendly, rooms were not only modern and lovely decor, it was very new. Granite in the bathroom. lots of fresh clean towels Has air condtioning, your choice of soft or firm pillows, hairdryer and every other thing you can imagine and if you forgot anything they will provide it for you.
