The hotel is spotless. Each room comes with a great little kitchenette. The beds are extemely comfortable and the floors in the bathroom are heated as well as the towel rack. This is my second stay here and there is no question I would stay here again if I'm back in Cranbrook.

Best value in Cranbrook. Very clean and super comfortable beds. Staff are amazing. Good wireless and nice bird sanctuary right outside. I will be staying here next time I am in Cranbrook. Loved the care the owners clearly take.

My husband and I stayed at the Elizabeth Lake Lodge in February. My husband was there for ten days on business, and I joined him there for three days of vacation. We were so pleased with our experience and we would highly recommend this lodge to all travelers. The property is well kept (this is especially important because Cranbrook was... More

George is a fanastic host. This was the 2nd time i have stayed here. i really feel like i am staying a posh upmarket hotel - chocolate on arrival, a smile and an out of place English accent from George. The rooms are well designed, bathrooms are great with heated tiles and the beds are super comfy. The only 2... More

My wife and I have stayed here a few times and have never been disappointed. We are always made to feel welcome. They even remember our names. The rooms are immaculate. The heated bathroom floors are a great touch! Thanks George, another wonderful stay.

We stayed as a family in unit 14 and heard very little noise from the trains. The kitchenette is small but adequate. The room was big enough for 3 adults. The lake view is lovely, even in winter and Rachael on reception was so helpful. A great 2 night stay.

What a great clean charming hotel on the strip in Cranbrook. It was an unexpected pleasure to stay at your hotel and I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive it was. The only downside was a little bit of train noise in the background. I might suggest that you provide ear plugs on the side table for those who are... More

We travelled to Cranbrook the day after Christmas and we were tired when we arrived. We were greeted by the friendly owners with chocolate! They were very accommodating and seemed truly happy to have us there. They showed us to our rooms and let us know how things worked like the heated floors, heated towel rack, etc. As soon as... More

I was in Cranbrook for work for a week and needed a place to stay - I am so happy I found this hotel. My room was spotlessly clean with a great little kitchen that has everything you need - I cooked most of my meals here easily. Everything is brand new and the memory foam pillow was perfect. George... More

We really enjoyed our "over night" at the Elizabeth Lake Lodge. Although we had one of the smallest rooms in the lodge (most have kitchenettes), the room was spacious with a great king size bed, two comfortable chairs, rustic furniture and a small fridge. The bathroom was very clean (the tub looked like it had been polished) with heated towel... More
