This hotel was very well looked after and very clean. The room was brand new and very comfortable. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. I will stay here again. Make sure to try the mini golf as it is the best one we have tried.

What a hidden gem! Thomas was fantastic and went the extra mile to get us situated in our room, which was absolutely delightful and had a fantastic view of the sanctuary. Cleanliness was a top priority at Elizabeth Lake Lodge and mini golf is a must! We would definitely stay here again!

This motel has been nicely renovated. Spacious room, kitchenette, large flat screen TV, free internet, great bed and duvet/linens, air-conditioning, new furniture. Some people will find the bed too soft--it is the pillowtop, "heavenly" type of bed. The manager was very helpful. Some rooms face the miniature golf and a busy highway. My room faced the back, and was very... More

We thoroughly enjoyed staying 2 nights in the Library Room here. George is a great host, with a warm, friendly welcome and very helpful advice - he sorted out our dinner reservation at Allegra within seconds of hearing that's where we wanted to eat and his tips on things to do were spot on. The room itself was modern, spacious... More

My husband and I stayed at the lodge for 2 nights, coming from Edmonton for a wedding. It might not look really fancy on the outside, but this place is GREAT! The staff at the desk were so kind and genuinely welcomed us....the rooms are beautiful, with heated tiles in the bathroom, heated towel rack, and super comfy beds! Even... More

This motel has so many nice features from the carved wood chairs and benches outside , to the soft decor of the rooms, the comfortable beds and nicely designed bathrooms and the peaceful view out the back towards the lake. The owner was attentive and took I us to our room after we checked in. The home made soaps are... More

It was a great place for relaxation and exploring. Being outside the bird sanctuary was a great place to feel like you weren`t in town, and to go for walks, we especially loved the duck both nights sloshing in the mud. The small kitchen was enough to be able to prepare meals we wanted. The heated bathroom floor and towel... More

The rooms were very clean the heated tiles in the rest room were great and the beds were quite possibly the best I have ever stayed in. The... More

This place is deceiving to see from the outside. The rooms are well spaced, clean and also clean smelling, they also have local made soaps in the bathroom. I was in town for a wedding, and decided last minute to share a room at the Elizabeth Lake Lodge. I have a dog, but the hotel had no problem quickly pet... More

I am here on business for a couple weeks. The owners made me feel like family... The service was amazing. I love the mini-golf just steps from my room. They put good care into little things, like murals on the outside walls, an adorable way to separate parking stalls, amber lights in the trees, unique chocolates upon arrival, composition and...
