stayed for one night on business. Clean room, good service, friendly helpful staff. Only issue was internet was pretty slow but to be fair, that wasn't the hotel's issue but their provider who they are attempting to get to rectify the situation. All in all - a great stay.

Cranbrook Super 8 is my "Home away from home". I'm always treated royally. The staff (& that includes the ladies that clean the rooms) are more than helpful. When I phone for a reservation, I'm treated with courtesy. They spoil me. I get my favourite room if it's available.

Stayed in March and i cant say enough.... our room was clean, the breakfast and pool were great, our kids LOVED the waterslide. We slept at the Super 8 at Cranbrook on our trip from Calgary to Vancouver. The hotel was average: an unimpressive reception, a clean room, but a worn out couch, a very limited complementay breakfast. Conclusion:not bad but some renewal would be nice.

I wouldn't even bring my pet to stay here! The rugs are stained with who knows what! The bathroom had mold on the tub and wall, even on the light fixture in the hallway. What can one say about a Super 8 anytime. it is the about inexpensive accomodation. In Cranbrook they also do have a waterslide. So that is an extra and when the kids were an age to enjoy such things this would have been a great idea (although a little girl staying there told us she hit her head on something/somehow).... More
