I travelled here for meetings at the local college. I found the hotel to be clean and quiet, with friendly staff. My room was nicely furnished (I liked that there was a duvet with removable (washable) cover instead of an icky bedspread). It was just fine for my needs. The restaurant was good, and the coffee shop just off the... more

Well let me start by saying that my stay at the Prestige was fantastic. We arrived to a very friendly front desk person, who checked us in quickly and could answer all my questions. We got to our room and it was really nice the beds have Duvets on them and new falt screen tv's.I usally have a hard time... more

I like this property very much. My dog is welcomed, the rooms I've had were clean and well kept, bedding is luxurious, and although there could be noise from the railway, I didn't find it a problem. I've brought a group (about 20 rooms) here last year and we're returning this year if the price is right. They loved it.... more

When I checked in and asked about the restaurant, the clerk said it was a "four and a half star restaurant, to go with the four and a half star hotel". That was probably overstating things a wee bit, but the place is pretty good and bear in mind that Cranbrook is not a hub of fabulous travel ops. The... more

Stayed here last weekend. There is good and bad. The rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable and they have duvets instead of yucky bed spreads. When the person came to clean my room he forgot to replace the towels he took for laundering. He also forgot to finish washing my coffee cup - he left it in the sink... more

We called on our way through Cranbrook. The desk clerk "Matt" was very accommodating and informative. We arrived late at night and they had a wedding party and a Harley Davidson group in the Hotel. We had 2 issues: The first issue was the lack of cleanliness at the property. Our room was very dirty. The kids had black stains... more

This was the second time we stayed in Cranbrook and the first time at the Prestige. The biggest advantage to the Prestige over St. Eugene's is the location. It is walking distance to the downtown area and on the main highway. St. Eugene's is a nicer hotel but is 15 minutes from town and there is nothing within walking distance.... more

A lovely hotel with first-class service from well-trained staff. Nice ambience including good restaurant and nice lounge. Best conference centre in town and they really cater to business travellers better than anyone else in the area. more
