We stayed in this RV park for one night in order to catch the ferry the next morning. The photos on their website are very deceiving. Not a stitch of green grass to be found. Very delapidated and the sites are very close together. But what bothered me the most is that it had A LOT of permanent resident who... More

The staff at this RV Park are excellent. Super friendly and very helpful. Pros: Close to ferry terminal Next to Splashdown Water park Easy to find Laundry facilities are large (4 washers and dryers) and a good price (1.25 for wash and 25 cents/5 minutes for dry) Cons: The permanent residents make the place look like a dump. Their yards... More

Made a reservation to stay at this place expecting to park our trailer and do some visiting in Vancouver before catching the first berry to Victoria the following day. We drove in and promptly drove out. Didn't even get out of the truck. This place looks like a slum. Caught the last ferry and passed on the visit. The convenience of... More

Stayed overnight here so it was convenient to catch the ferry in the morning. Campsites crammed in with very little space. Washrooms badly in need of renovating. Left our mountain bikes strapped to the roof of our tent trailer because we were afraid they might disappear if left within reach. Was it worth the convenience to catch the ferry? No.... More

Dirty park and we were here for long weekend and was placed amongst long term resident. The one behind us was renovating his motorhome so banging startin really early. The long term resident beside drank most of the day outside and urinated on the grass not 5ft from our kitchen window not conceiling anything. We called the office very upset... More

Prebooked in January for one night stay in July. Site was too small for our 5th wheel but they knew our length in January, BIG power box in our site right in front of our door, main campground utilities at the rear of our trailer, had to sit on our step because we were right on the road so we... This may be the only place to RV camp that's close to the Reife Migratory Bird Sanctuary in the Tsawwassen/Delta area about 45 miles from Vancouver, BC - it's the Gold Standard of Worse Parks We've Ever Stayed In. To make it worse it was raining this weekend and everything was wet, muddy, water filled chug holes. It's a RUN... More

we paid $33.00 for a back in power only site. This place is by far the worst campground we have stayed in,the pool was full of dirty greenish water, looks like it hasn't been used in years. This place looks more like a place to store your dirty rotting old rv than a place to relax for the night....

We stayed at Parkcanada from July 10-13, 2014. It is located close to the BC Ferries and it was a stop along our route to Vancouver Island. We had reserved a pull-thru site (assigned #6) which was very tight for space. Our door step was right beside the next site's sewer dump which was quit smelly at times. There was... More

Place was a complete dump. Owners have not put any effort into keeping it up and it is populated almost entirely by the worst looking campers I have ever seen. If there was a museum for beat up old rusted out campers this would be it. Sites were very narrow, as were roads. Office smelled like smoke. They messed up... More
