Another employee and I arrived at midnight on a business trip through to Red Deer. We were told there was 2 rooms left and we got one of the last rooms that had 2 beds. We were told they were 2 queens but they turned out to be more than likely doubles. The price was affordable for us ($135). The... More

The hotel room was not very clean, there was hair around the sink and a small pile of hair behind the bathroom door. But the worst part was the beds, the were caved in the middle. 2 people could not sleep comfortably in 1 bed.

Very disappointed by my stay here. The rooms themselves were okay, but the water pressure was practically non-existent. I've stayed in hotels all over the place, and don't consider myself picky, but would expect to be able to have a usable shower after paying well over $100/night. Another negative was the Continental breakfast was fairly lackluster. The breakfast runs 2... More

Our family recently stayed at this hotel for one night so the kids could waterslide at the end of our vacation. The room was spacious and the beds were clean. The bathroom was a bit dirty, some dirt on the floor and rust in the tub but the worst part of the bathroom was the water pressure. It was pretty... More

Room was ok, pool had so much chlorine my eyes are still burning and someone is going to die on the water slide. People were jumping off the top of the water slide and just missing the edge of the pool. There are many safety signs but people are stupid and the hotel need to better protect themselves by putting... More

We've stayed here a number of times for the last few years, mostly for the Waterslide, but we've noticed that Travelodge is making an effort to spruce it up and bit and might even stay here without the Waterslide. Clean, convenient, love the teepee picnic area where we buy supper for the supermarket and then eat it by the playground.... More

We stopped in Golden on our way from Calgary to Vancouver Island. The hotel was recommended to us and the price was right for a quick stay. We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, and we appreciated that our dog was welcome as well. The front desk staff was very friendly, and even had their own friendly dogs... More

We stayed here passing through from Kelowna to Calgary. We got one of the family suites which is two rooms side by side. One has 2 queen beds and the other a queen bed and futon. Room was okay although apparently they didn't clean under the beds as my kids found a number of items left over. There is a... More

Clean hotel, lots of towels, and staff that we saw was friendly. Very quiet and only complaint was bed were hard, but that can be said for millions of hotels. Was only there to sleep, as we had events planned the night of and morning afterwards. Cheap and satisfying, breakfast looked good too, but we woke up too late. Good... More

We stayed here at the end of July. The motel was pleasant from the outside and our room at the back was clean and well maintained. We used the pool/waterslide area and enjoyed it despite the fact that the water is quite cold. However, we stayed when there were two separate bus groups. We decided to get to the breakfast... More
