Stayed here for one night, the 2nd week of March 2015 and was pleasantly surprised by the great location, nice simple rooms, and nice Continental breakfast. The room and washroom was very clean. Sheets and towels were of low quality, but clean. Carpets could use a steam clean in the hallways and stairs and rooms, but overall it was a... More

This Inn is close to town but, when we were there, very quiet and breakfast is included. OK accommodation but bathroom needs refurbishing. There are 3 floors and there is an elevator. The breakfast room was pleasant (even in winter) and fairly well equipped. Our room had the basics but the Q bed was diagonal to allow access. Room carpet... More

Modern family run business. Could be a Chain Hotel. Pros - • centrally located. • reasonably priced. • friendly • lots of free parking. • good restaurants in walking distance. Cons • could be a better breakfast. •. Travelers want a bran type of cereal. There was only Cheerios. • soap in room was tiny and hard as a stone.... More

If you're looking for a cheap but comfy and clean place to stay, this hotel is a must. Easily accessible from the highway, it is situated just 30 minutes from the Nanaimo ferry terminal and an hour from Port Alberni. Some reviews say that the free breakfast is disappointing and yes it is very simple (muffins, toasts, cereals, orange juice,... More

At first glance from the outside, this is an inviting motel/hotel. It's age is very evident in the stained carpets, old paint and room furnishings. On the other hand, it was clean. The woman at the front desk said they were starting to refurbish the place. The breakfast bar was not appealing, there was only bread for toasting, 1 type... More

We stayed here one night a week ago and it was clean and quiet. Arrived just before 11 pm and got the reservation through Expedia. The office closes at 11 so you need to get there before. Happy with the room and beds. A few minor problems in the room such as the remote didn't work with the TV but... More

Stayed here for a few nights - it was very clean and comfy. The hotel is close to downtown Parksville. The people that operate the hotel are nice. Free Parking. Wifi was OK - not good enough for streaming or skype calls. No pool. There's a small gym that I never used. Breakfast is minimal but the muffins they provided... More

We rented 2 rooms for what we were paying for one room elsewhere. Older rooms but clean and comfortable. Television in our room was not working and no pool. Left before breakfast as we were traveling and needed to leave before breakfast. If you don't mind not having all the amenties, television and pool, then this is a great place... More

This property is in a great location to the town of Parksville, shopping, and the beach. Very clean and well kept. Very helpful front desk staff. The windows open for a cool sea breeze. There is an elevator if needed as the building is three floors. The only things I can think of that would detract from this hotel is... More

My family made a one night stay to Parksville and stayed at this decently priced hotel. Check in process was quick and efficient. Staff were very friendly and quick with accommodating our request for a mattress for the floor. Rooms were older and small; yet clean and comfortable. For the price, we'd definitely stay here again.
