When we checked in, our hosts were very helpful directing us to interesting local sites and good restaurants. We followed their advice and had a nice evening. Our rooms were lovely, comfortable and quiet. However, when one of our party wanted to go downstairs to the library, he found a sign that said that the common areas were closed after... More

Just as the title says, the facility has comfortable and well appointed rooms with a very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was hearty, home made and tasty. The location proved easy to find and it was quiet. No complaints from our party and we'll return next time we visit Port Alberni.

The B&B is located conveniently on the main road if you're driving to the west coast. We were warmly welcomed and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of homemade treats. Our internet was patchy but the owners fixed it as quickly as possible and were most helpful.

This was our first time at a B & B and we were not disappointed. We were greeted by the owners Tom & Marla who were wonderful and very knowledgeable about the Port Alberni area. Our room was clean, the towels thick and the bed......oh so comfortable. Breakfast both mornings (we stayed 2 nights) was presented buffet style with many... More

This is a nice place. The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The hosts are very accommodating and they make a nice breakfast available. The rooms are very clean and the bathtub jets were great to relax in. There were a few things here that didn't work for us. Firstly, the rooms need updating. It was a bit like... More

This is a mixed review. First the good. Lovely grounds. Shady spots with benches on which to sit and read. Nice lounge with pool table. Parking is great. Hosts are helpful and friendly. Rooms are well appointed. Beds are great. Breakfast was first class. WiFi is free and fast. Now the not so good. The rooms are different sizes. Our... More

We stayed here overnight on the route to Tofino and weren't disappointed. It's been said before but Tom and Marla really are super hosts and our room was spacious and clean. They made us very welcome and a big thank you to Tom for helping me to identify where the gas tank lever was inside the car as the hire... More

The owners are delightful, very polite and helpful in every way. They make you feel at home. The room was ok, it was very noisy because of the traffic, and couldn't really make it dark so the light was waking us up early. The portable a/c unit worked well but was quite noisy.

This is the nicest bed and breakfast I have ever had the pleasure to visit. Our room was beautiful and clean. Tom and Marla think of every little detail to make it perfect. It is like a 5 star hotel in a cozy warm setting. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Tom was left all alone to manage the operation while his wife, Marlawas out of town on family business. We had flown in fro Alberta to go on a trip of I lifetime, a salmon fishing charter which was run by Doug Lindores of Sliver Salmon Charters. Our time frame was tight. Tom looked after my wife and I like... More
