This was a great little place on our way to Calgary, it is in a beautiful little town well worth exploring. We got a nice last min deal and would have stayed another night if we weren't on a timeline. We enjoyed the staff and the location was great for every kind of need. We had a very nice room... More

I only needed to stay one night so I tried this property downtown. It is a landmark building for Revelstoke that has received a facelift to modernize it. Fairly well done but beginning to show its age. Creaky floors, easy to hear noises from surrounding rooms and long waits for hot water, but it is an OLD building so it... More

We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments with us. We loved this old hotel on so many levels! The hotel is attractively & thoughtfully decorated. It is absolutely spotless too! The staff throughout were friendly & helpful both in the hotel, the bar & the restaurant. The breakfast was varied & delicious & the free parking was ample. Free WiFi too. We chose the Halloween ambience of the bar... More

We found ourselves in Revelstoke unexpectedly and while we were at dinner in this hotel we decided to spend the night so we could drink up all our wine in good conscience. The front desk attendant showed me a map of all the rooms and let me pick the one I wanted. He was thoughtful enough to inform me which... More

Thank you very much for your great review. I'm pleased to hear that you were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, and that your room met your expectations. I look forward to passing on your positive feedback to our Front Desk Clerk. I have a feeling that you may have been in one of our few rooms with oak furniture. Although... More

I initially arranged for my stay at the regent by using one of the many online booking sites thinking I had recieved a great sale deal on a room. I had previously stayed at a Sandman Signature Hotel, which like the Regent listing expressly that the room had a specially discounted sale price. When I walked into the Sandman room,... More

Thank you for your online review. I am sorry to hear you had an unpleasant stay with us. As you are aware, we are a heritage building(built in 1901) and all our rooms have many different configurations, so I am sorry you felt the room was to small. And yes, being a heritage building some rooms do have a slight... More

Stayed here for two nights on the way back from the Rockies to Vancouver. Great location in the Downtown area and possibly the largest hotel room I have ever stayed in, it was massive. Parking right outside and nice views across the quaint little town, sorry apparently its a City! However we did miss the coffee making facilities, breakfast was... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I apologize for our lack of in room coffee making facilities, but we find that small appliances can overload the electrical system in this heritage building. It's very unfortunate about the noise from the plumbing in your room. I would be curious to know which room you were... More

Lovely hotel, good prices, fantastic restaurant and above all, service. Service was the best I have experienced at any travel accommodation, considerate, friendly and above all, professional in a very respect. Reception helped us with a number of requests which were above and beyond the call of duty and could only be described as fantastic service. Go there, its great!... More

After driving through rain sleet and snow, we sought refuge Revelstoke on the first night of a one week road trip. The hotel was very welcoming in main street Refelstoke. My wife and I stayed here on our travels across Western Canada. When we located the hotel, I was doubting my selection based on the outward appearance (looked old, run down, definitely rustic). HOWEVER, when we made it to the room we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the digs. Electronic key card entry, plush bed quality linens/ pillows, large,... More
