Driving back to Calgary from Victoria, we decided to pull into Revelstoke for the night. Since we didn't have reservations, my husband emailed us to recommend the Regent hotel. The gal at the front desk, who checked us in immediately, was extremely friendly and accommodating. She also suggested to us the hotel's lounge/restaurant for an amazing meal, where everything is... I pulled into this place on a whim. While driving by, I noticed the nice exterior and thought, this is right up my alley. (I'm a high-class ski bum). I got a perfect size room for a great rate. The room was modern, clean and nice. Went to the steakhouse that's part of the hotel, and had a fantastic steak,... More

It's OK for an overnight stay. Clean. Breakfast included in our package (but very simple). Good beds, but very thin walls. It's very easy to hear noise from neighbor room and people walking in the hallways.

Less than expected for $200/ night.. Very very very small room. At least it was clean and a touch of class. Hotel facilities and amenities clean and working. Outdoor hot tub clean, hot and popular. Breakfast included was fit for a king. Breakfast has fresh multiple hot and cold dish items with friendly staff meeting your every need. The Pub... More

This hotel is a classic three-storey dowtown structure that has been very nicely renovated. Our king sized bed was just great and it is the only hotel that I've ever been where a white-noise device was on the bed-side table. Not that it was needed, as there is a railway shunting yard nearby. (It didn't bother us, though). There is... More

Older, somewhat updated hotel with a bit of an awkward layout, but did find it very clean and that is very important to me! Had dinner in pub, adequate meal, no rave reviews there. Included buffet breakfast didn't have too much to offer and hard boiled eggs were very rubbery. On a positive...front desk staff were very friendly and efficient.

When planning for our nights top in Revelstoke, the intention was to use one of the motel-type places at the highway junction. As these looked totally uninviting in late season, we turned into town and asked at the Regent. The rate turned out to be comparable to the highway-side places, and value was much higher. Modernized, clean rooms in a... More

Our room with a king-sized bed was very clean, comfortable and fully modern. The hotel is also pet friendly (for a $15 extra fee). The continental breakfast was excellent. For dinner there are several restaurants close to the hotel as well as one in the hotel.
