Arrived late, late at night to a very hospitable front desk clerk, and a pub that although it was 3 minutes to closing, gave us a couple of 'closing sized pours' or red wine to bring to our room. Very accommodating staff! Our room had lovely high ceilings and a very comfy bed. Strange tilt to the room; felt like... More

I booked a standard room after comparing a few of the more popular hotels in Revelstoke, but generally found them all to be more expensive than what I expected for Revelstoke. Although it was just the two of us, I found the room much smaller than other similar hotels I have stayed in. There is no in-room coffee maker, and... More

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I will certainly pass on your positive feedback about breakfast to our Restaurant manager. I'm sorry that your room did not meet all of your expectations, but I do appreciate your understanding about the electrical issues we face in this heritage building. Our rooms do vary in décor & size. If you're... More

Great hotel. Wonderful old-style climate and architecture with beautiful views out the windows. A great pub attached as well as a fantastic breakfast cafe attached to the main hotel. The only problem we had was an issue with the TV (which we had removed from our bill). Definitely plan to stay there again.

The Regent is a better choice than most in Revelstoke. You can tell there has been a coordinated effort employed to update and upscale the hotel, although it hasn't all come together. Certain "fit and finish" issues in my room include a window that did not close or lock, and a tub faucet that was not screwed into the wall... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I'm glad that our staff, & the comfort of your room met your needs. However, it is unfortunate that we did not provide you with a quieted stay. Although being a heritage building gives the Hotel a lot of charm, it can also mean smaller rooms, and a little less... More

We stayed here for one night to break up our journey between Whistler and Banff. We were upgraded upon arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and our room was huge! Couldn't hear noise from any other rooms, and the bed was the comfiest we've stayed in and we had a great night's sleep. The location was great, close to... More

We stayed there on the way and back from Lake Louise. It was a perfect place to stop; our room on the way in was bigger and better appointed than the room on the way back, despite paying the same price. Both rooms were very clean, the AC a little noisy.Breakfast was fulsome and the service very polite.Overall, a very... More

Thank you for your review. I’m happy to hear that our staff & breakfast met your expectations. We make an effort to give each room some of its own character, but they do vary in size & layout. Next time that you book with us please don't hesitate to request a larger room, or even a specific room number if... More

This was a treat - exceptionally comfortable beds with duvets and lovely pillows, and a very large room. The only negatives were the fluctuating water temperature in the shower and the lack of a coffee maker in the room. However, the included breakfast was outstanding.

Thank you for such a great review. It's great to hear that you had a comfortable stay with us, and I'm pleased that you enjoyed your complimentary breakfast. The included breakfast is our best alternative to having small appliances in each room that can overload the electrical supply in this heritage building. I apologize that your water temperature was not... More

We were driving from Banff to Vancorver and decided to stay at Revelstoke for the night. The Regent did not look too special from the outside but once inside it was very different. The staff were excellent especially Derek who helped us locate some robes so that we could take advantage of the in house massage and spa which was... More

The location is perfect if you're looking to be close to the restaurants, shops and bars. There is a bar and a restaurant connected to the hotel and another bar to go out to a few blocks away. There's also a shuttle to take you down to the mountain right close by.

Was really happy with the location here, there is a pub and restaurant attached and a bar to go out to after about 3 blocks away. It's right by all the shops and restaurants and there's a shuttle A few steps away to take you up to the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.
