Not good location, dirty bed sheets would not stay again. Go look at room before you pay.The price wasn't too bad but I had to stay there because every where else was full and more expense.police are right across but still dangerous area. Don't stay if you don't have to! DONT RESERVE

PROS: Good price. Clean. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Central, downtown location (within walking distance of shops and restaurants). Free pass to nearby, modern community pool with hot tub. Continental breakfast - homemade muffins were delicious! Container of cold, lemon citrus water available all day. CONS: Hotel is very dated and rundown. Smells old. TIPS: see below

We stayed over for only one night, as driving through from Alberta to Osoyoos. Our first impression was a little poor, as the workers at front desk looked very sloppy. The hotel is a little run down and could use some fresh look. Our room was very nice, but the bed was very uncomfortable and gave me a back pain... More

Value was there and staff were friendly but hotel is a bit older. We could hear our next door neighbours last night as they were getting ready for a fun night out. Hotel staff immediately got them to quiet down. Guests above us up late and up early so the floors were really squeaky. This hotel provides ear plugs for... More

We often try to save when we book a hotel. This was a nice surprise. Good location, nice music festival around the corner, nice little lounges outside and inside, pleasant and helpful staff, washer and dryer, clean room, and decent bed. Very good value on a budget.

Good value. Our room was quiet despite the band playing in the bar downstairs. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. I am always happy to get breakfast included with the room, but it is usually set up somewhere in the lobby. It was nice to have a continental breakfast set up in the dining room. Internet was slow, but OK.

It's not as good as it looks. Old and dated and flawed. (The bathroom is dated, and the toilet is placed so close to the wall (and the door) that it's downright uncomfortable for normal sized people. The A/C was barely adequate (but at least not noisy). Good thing there's not a hot spell right now. The knobs were so... More

Appreciated that they were able to accommodate the dogs we were travelling with. Was a decent value, older building and rooms. Would stay again. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. A/C was a bit noisy, and could sometimes hear the people in near by rooms.
