PROS: Good price. Clean. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Central, downtown location (within walking distance of shops and restaurants). Free pass to nearby, modern community pool with hot tub. Continental breakfast - homemade muffins were delicious! Container of cold, lemon citrus water available all day. CONS: Hotel is very dated and rundown. Smells old. TIPS: see below

We stayed over for only one night, as driving through from Alberta to Osoyoos. Our first impression was a little poor, as the workers at front desk looked very sloppy. The hotel is a little run down and could use some fresh look. Our room was very nice, but the bed was very uncomfortable and gave me a back pain... More

Value was there and staff were friendly but hotel is a bit older. We could hear our next door neighbours last night as they were getting ready for a fun night out. Hotel staff immediately got them to quiet down. Guests above us up late and up early so the floors were really squeaky. This hotel provides ear plugs for... More

We often try to save when we book a hotel. This was a nice surprise. Good location, nice music festival around the corner, nice little lounges outside and inside, pleasant and helpful staff, washer and dryer, clean room, and decent bed. Very good value on a budget.

Good value. Our room was quiet despite the band playing in the bar downstairs. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. I am always happy to get breakfast included with the room, but it is usually set up somewhere in the lobby. It was nice to have a continental breakfast set up in the dining room. Internet was slow, but OK.

It's not as good as it looks. Old and dated and flawed. (The bathroom is dated, and the toilet is placed so close to the wall (and the door) that it's downright uncomfortable for normal sized people. The A/C was barely adequate (but at least not noisy). Good thing there's not a hot spell right now. The knobs were so... More

Appreciated that they were able to accommodate the dogs we were travelling with. Was a decent value, older building and rooms. Would stay again. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. A/C was a bit noisy, and could sometimes hear the people in near by rooms.

When I booked on Booking.com this listing clearly said there was a fridge and NO, no fridge and I needed a fridge and partially why I booked, it also said there was a pool and hot tub and NO. The room is quite loud as an older building and carpets very dirty. Room also has super slow internet speed and... More

The hotel was in a great location, right next to the lovely small downtown part of Revelstoke. The room was of a decent size but unfortunately the air conditioning was very noisy. This wasn't too much of a problem as the room wasn't too hot but it is something to note if you like to sleep with the air conditioning... More
