Over the years we have gone past this hotel while driving west. Finally decided to give it a try, glad we did. The hotel itself it older and could use some updating, but it was clean and the building and grounds were well taken care of. Scenery with every turn. The staff were great and the check in was smooth.... More

Rightfully named 3-valley gap resort it is perfectly nestled in the 3-valley gap. The location is picturesque. The hotel exteriors may mislead you into thinking it is historic on the inside too - it is not. Though that would have been wonderful. It is just like any other hotel on the inside - clean and satisfactory. We also had a... More

The only reason why I'm not rating this place a 5/5 is because of the restaurants staff alone. Food was mediocre, but the view was pretty. The restaurant has a lot of Windows, it's open and has a great view of the lake. However, I won't start this review off with a negative, because there were so many positives about... More

Looks impressive from outside, but a very tired hotel, and with all the various add-ons, seems to be like a maze on the inside. Gardens could look beautiful if only some one attended to them – very overgrown, fountains aren’t working. Didn't do the Ghost Town bit, just wanted to get going. Probably would not go back - must be... More

Our large group was here in mid Sept. This was my 2nd time here and I am amazed at the collection of historical artifacts. Thain, Our tour guide through the ghost town, has a real knack for a story. The steak barbeque was a perfect way to end the tour!

Good: the Ghost town is a great tour (worth 2-3 hours) and guests get back in the next morning if you can't finish at night. Nice warm swimming pool with a cute Titanic theme (from before the movie made it popular). Neat common areas. Very pretty lake with views from every room. Nice little playground for kids. Thomas train sets... More

We stopped at Three Valley Gap on our way to Revelstoke for a coffee. We entered the completely empty restaurant and were refused service unless we ordered something to eat along with our coffee. Again the restaurant was COMPLETELY empty. We were told to go to the gift shop and get a coffee there. We were traveling with an 86... More

Staff is so, so friendly. The guy checking us in was jocular and a total delight. The grounds are immaculate and the variety of activities, collections, and nooks to be explored in the château and ghost town are of endless interest. The entire place is a relic of times and characters past. If you prefer modern or minimalist, this is... More

I was a part of a group that visited 3 Valley Gap on Thursday September 17th. Upon arrival, all of the rooms were coordinated as per the email instructions and everything was ready. They even make sure to get your bus driver's name and room #, along with wake up call information for the entire group. This is a great... More
