we stayed at this property sept.6/14 and were disappointed that we didn't see any ghosts in the very excellent ghost town although we were extremely impressed with the whole property. the hotel is very interesting and our room was fine and the breakfast was great but the highlite is the ghost town and roundhouse. this is a must see and... Been coming here since I was a wee lad. When coffee was 5 cents. Stayed in the Chateau a few times now loved each one. Very quite very friendly I recommend everyone stay at least once to try. We will be back. And will be bringing our families to enjoy as well. Bell family keep up the good work !!!!

There are not many original family owned + operated businesses left in this Country. 3 Valley is one of those special pioneer stories from almost 60 years ago. Don't be one of those people who say "I've driven by here a million times". STOP! Learn about some great BC History and one family's dream of becoming self-sustaining. Have lunch, tour... More

Founder, Gordon Bell, grew up in the depression and wanted to ensure his family never experienced the hopelessness he witnessed. So, he purchased land along what was planned to be the Trans Canada Hwy and built a seven room lodge. Today, after a multitude of expansions, the lodge is 200 rooms. The lodge is a huge maze of corridors. There... More

Was driving from Calgary to Vancouver at the start of August. Wanted to do it in 3 days/2 nights. Booked this hotel as it seemed like a 1/3 of the way and was only a little bit beyond Revelstoke and the Glacier National Park. This place was perfect. There is no a/c in any room, but the owner mentioned the... More

We spent one night here on way through and sure glad we did. Such an interesting place with rich family history. Every corner had a story to tell. Yes it is dated but clean! The garden on the lake was an unexpected treat. Will def come back. Thanks again.

Stopped here on route from Calgary to Kalowna with family of 5 adults. Reasonably priced to get in to the ghost town. Had a great round house with old railway engines and even a ghost train to walk through. Lots of static exhibits set out in a town display. Railway ride ideal if you have children with you. Full of... More

We had a lovely stay just west of Revelstoke at the Three Valley Lake Chateau. The hotel itself is fairly old - could use a couple of updates - but some of the old features really lend to the charm and haunted feel. The room was clean and comfortable, if a bit musty. The grounds, the garden by the lake,... More

The hotel is pretty old and need renovation, but pricey for the all that worn out stuff. Well, same thing I can tell about Ghost Town, but in the positive connotation. We love this museum, and that is the reason why we stay there once every three to four years. We also enjoyed scenery, and rented a kayak to paddle... More

We stayed here to break up the drive between Calgary and Vernon. We stayed 2 nights and it was great. This hotel is definitely set up for families with the ghost town, paddle boats, pool, giant checker board, etc... Plus there is LOTS to do in the Revelstoke area. Would definitely recommend it. The kids (5 and 9) loved the... More
