My boyfriend and I stayed in ROOM 238 the nights of Jan 12, 13 & 14, 2012 and were exposed to bed bugs. My bites didn't show up until Sunday night (the 14th), my boyfriend noticed a few Saturday but initially assumed they were spider bites. We called the GPL and they were actually pretty good about it. They acknowledged... More

beware! during a two night in Jan 2012 multiple bites, staff disregarded and told me it took bites two weeks to present so it couldn't have been from their hotel. Took them to the room and showed them one of the now dead bugs and the blood smears from bites while I was asleep and they refused to acknowledge it... More

We had some rough road conditions on the way back from a backcountry ski trip, so ended up staying at the Glacier Park Lodge. I have a lot of memories of stopping at this lodge on many a road trip, and always thought it was a bit of an odd place, with all the stuffed animals and its strange little... More

Uncomfortable bed, too-hot room, outdated furnishings, tacky gift shop, out-of-order hot tub. The bath tub in our room had a slow leak. Despite the rule against cooking in rooms the hallway reeked of garlic. All in all the place was over-priced and uncomfortable. The only way I'd stay here again is in an emergency. On the positive side, it was... More

Several trails begin from right next to the lodge. The location is fantastic. They also have a working sauna. Rooms are pretty basic but spacious. Internet is really slow but that's good because you must be outdoors when you visit Roger's pass. Restaurant has good breakfast. More

There is one single word describing this hotel - it is DATED. Someday at the better times (in the 1950s) I guess it was a nice hotel on the way from Vancouver to beautiful Rockies. Not any longer. All carpets are well worn (and you may see even holes in the lobby). The bathrooms are painted with the horrible pink... More

I stayed at this rustic but comfy hotel and I just love all the friendly staff they have. Its a very historical hotel built in 1964. I just loved it and I highly recommend it to all travelers especially those driving past Trans Canada Highway 1. It will be definitely a good stop to stay. Take note they're Complimentary Breakfast... More

Nothing special. Nice room but needs a update. That night a bus with a lot of people arrived, so we didn't have hot water for our shower! It was very warm in our room. Internet was very slow. First night dinner was good, second night we've got our soups and maincourse at the same time! So when you want to... More

I was watching the others comments and my personal experience is far away of what they experience, I find the Internet perfect, my room was clean, every one was nice and friendly from different parts of the world, not much Canadians. My experience in the restaurant was great I had the chicken burger and was the best ever....I hilly recommended More

We stopped here after a long day and were greeted with a dripping ceiling that the staff seemed to be apathetic about. The room was clean, the shower was dynamite. Lots of hot water, lots of pressure. Heat was left on, no dials to turn it off. Wifi is sketchy. No laundry as advertised. Dinner, we were informed, was buffet... More
