We stayed here in Feb 2012 while visiting family in Sidney. We had the cannery Suite which had a fantastic view of the ocean and was just above the restaurant where there was live music that we listened to while sitting on the balcony. It seemed very magical for February on Vancouver Island. It is lovely to be able to... More

We picked up a vessel from Sidney and had to stay an extra day to do some minor repairs. Found this place last minute, got a great rate, and it was walking distance to dock. Very nice place. More

We stayed here to make sure we were close to the airport as my husband was flying to Mexico early the next morning. We had a room on the ground floor with an ocean view and a small balcony. There was a seafront walkway giving us access to a pier where we walked as the sun went down. The room... More

I was on a business trip in Sidney area and tried this hotel for the first time. I have to say I was very pleasantly suprised with with this facility, which was ideally located at the quiet waterfront area with great locations for dinner, breakfast and shopping. The room was clean and seemed newly renovated and the price point at this... More

The hotel was in a great location, close to the water, good restaurants, and shops. It was a good value, and the staff was very friendly. We'd chartered a boat for a week and stayed at the hotel the night before and the night after our sailing trip and the hotel was in walking distance of the marina. More

Decided to spend a day in Sidney, ended up celebrating with friends and staying overnight at the Sidney Waterfront Inn. I really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub when I got back from Dinner at Boondock's down the street. The internet was great for catching up on some business. The best part of staying in town for the evening was the birds waking... More

We stayed here at the end of a bike trip to the Gulf Islands. We stayed in an inside room with no view as we had to get up very early to bike back to Victoria in time to catch the Clipper. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast for the room was in the fridge and was... More

I stayed at the Sidney Waterfront Inn and Spa while travelling to the Victoria area for a wedding. It has a wonderful location right near the ocean and Sidney is a surprisingly charming little town. The Inn was a decent value, with comfortable beds, although my bathroom smelled a little mildewy. The staff when I was checking in were very... More

Ocean view after you look at the parking lot. Breakfast included - a freezer burnt something in the tiny freezer in the bar fridge with a juice box! "Waterfront Inn" don't be fooled its an overpriced motel!! More

Clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly place to stay. Rooms are a reasonable size and most have a small balcony with views over the water. Centrally located, so everywhere is within easy walking distance. Pub & restaurant on site. Would certainly go back there. More
