This must be the best place to stay in Squamish! We stayed here before a short trip to Whistler and then on to Vancouver. Room was clean and nicely decorated; from our bed we could look out the window and see the Stawamus Chief mountain. Squamish exceeded our ecpectations; once you get away from the highway, it's a small town... More

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place while looking for a dog friendly room for the night. Luckily they had one room left. The staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms were clean and charming, with their cast iron accessories and wooden touches. The pub was delicious, and the servers were very accommodating. The next time we return... More

We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, and the inn has a great view of the surrounding mountains. The brewpub downstairs was also great and opened early for breakfast. Don't forget to buy some of the beer-based soaps that are for sale at the front desk. They smell wonderful! My only caveat is that the walls of... More

This hotel has its own brewery, and the beer was excellent. Everything else was as good as it gets, decor, rooms, staff, food, stunning views of the cliffs opposite, great weather (although I don't suppose the last is actually guaranteed. Laid back, but efficient and friendly, with a bustling dining and drinking area, I'd recommend this small hotel to anyone.

An old school friend recommended we stayed here on our first night on our Canadian trip. Friendly staff, nice room -really liked the window seat even if we were looking out at rain. Had a marvellous view of the mountains. Clean room, quiet ,free wifi, able to eat in restaurant downstairs. Would certainly recommend a stay here. Good value . No complaints

This was our last stop on the Sea to Sky highway before leaving BC. It is all the way at the end of road, so just keeping going, we didn't go far enough the first time and had to turn around. Nice lobby, check in was fast. Room had a queen bed with a window seat, or a third person... More

Initially I was dubious about staying at this Hotel, especially after reading some of the reviews, but I thought I would try it out anyway. The Hotel was clean, lively and certainly NOT 'tired'. Our room was small, but confortable and quiet, the staff great and the food and beer excellent. The Hotel was quick in responding to a query... More

The food and beer is good, the staff are friendly but the hotel itself is very tired. It may be clean but it looks very dingey. The carpeted steps which lead upstairs to the hotel are beyond tacky. The side rooms with 2 double beds are very dark. Conversations and plumbing noises carry from room to room. I think the... More

We stayed at the Howe Sound Inn on a Saturday night. The hotel was perhaps the most quiet hotel we have ever stayed in! It's nothing overly fancy but it has a pub downstairs with great food. We would definitely stayed here again.

Cute hotel. It was quiet, with a comfortable room. Easy access to downtown Squamish if you are walking or driving. We ate at the pub and our party enjoyed the food and craft beer selection. Tasty oatmeal stout! Yum!
