stayed at the Best Western Terrace for the first time this past week. The hotel is very clean and well appointed, staff is friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is beyond the normal "continental breakfast", they serve a wide variety of food choices from fresh eggs to yogurt. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed here for an few nights in January 2015. Clean and quiet room, great housekeeping staff, curteous front desk staff. Enjoyed the included breakfast. We asked for an early check in and the hotel was accommodating in that regard.

This Hotel is great, clean comfy beds. The complimentary breakfast has hot food like bacon and hashbrowns and eggs. The only complaint i have if you can call it a complaint is that the bathroom light come on with the fan which is very irritating in the night and other times. And no vending machine was in the hote with... More

the hotel location is very convenient. it's steps from downtown with grocery stores close by and pretty much a straight line drive from the airport. the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I got in late and the airline lost my luggage, they showed me where to find something to eat and ado was ready to help me with toiletries... More

I stayed here for one night in mid January 2015 on a business trip. Absolutely every part of my room was spotless. In fact, every part of the hotel I set foot in was spotless. The staff are friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was excellent and much better than any continental breakfast I've had in other hotels. My room... More

Having stayed in hotels in Northern BC, I understand that one would need to pay a premium for a comfortable stay in a land of considerably less competitions. Considering the price, this Best Western is just ok because despite their recent renovations, there are areas they really skipped out on quality. For example, beddings (and no extra blanket), towels, toiletries,... More

I stay here about 2 or 3 times a year for a few days each time. While there is not a lot of competition in Terrace for hotels, it does an acceptably good job in providing a room with full breakfast included. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This hotel is fine. The owners and staff do take pride in making the stay of their guests a pleasant one. I travel a lot and while I was comfortable, this isn't the best value for money I have come across. I am giving this property another chance next week.

I was in Terrace for work and heard from a colleague about the Best Western. I found the service professional and staff all very pleasant. I was already sold on the exceptional service when the manager offered the most unexpected final touch. After waiting over 40 minutes for a taxi to the airport and he saw my distress and without... This is a hotel I have stayed in many times over the years. In previous years the hotel has always proven to be comfortable and of value. Recently, the town has become much more busy and the overall costs to stay here have increased. This hotel has met the need by improving the experience for their customers. Not only has... More
