Although this property is aging and exterior is dated, the rooms are very good, clean and comfortable. The lobby and lounge are undergoing renovations which are much needed. In my 40 or so hotel nights in the past year I would put the staff at this hotel in the top 10%. Excellent service and obviously well trained.

The room, when we got there, was quite nice. Stairs up to the hall and then down to the elevator to the lobby were annoying. Lobby smelled of spices. Well dressed staff offered no assistance with multiple trips from vehicle to hotel room. It was disappointing accommodation for our anniversary.

Upon arrival we were bumped to a remodeled suite . Well done, quite large and clean. Excellent bed and bedding wifi and TV. The lady on the desk was very efficient and welcoming. The hotel is in a state of change with lots of upgrading and based on their efforts it will eventually be good. Breakfast was excellent , lots... More

If barely warm showers, cold breakfast items, lukewarm coffee and uncomfortable mattresses are your thing then stay here by all means. The food in the restaurant was good. The decor of the room was nicely renovated. The staff at check out did not care to ask how my stay was, I believe they may have had many complaints that morning... More

Not to many options in the Terrace area these days. We were happy to get a couple rooms. This hotel is getting old. No air-conditioning in the room I had. Noisy with the train tracks next door. Staff was helpful and room was clean.

I have been a regular of this establishment for two years and have watched a great transformation occur in that time. My recent stay was my best to date. The front desk staff are always in their business best with a smile and warm welcome. The rooms are undergoing updates with new paint, bathroom fixtures, coffee makers and flat screen... More

Excellent room. Updating of this 100 year old hotel was wonderful without losing it's charm. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great - lots of choices. Very pleasant stay after a long day of driving

Great experience with some good people, very hospitable. Vast improvement over the past few years. The improvements were much required too keep up with the current times and growing city life in terrace.

Our office recently held an event at the Best Western (Terrace Inn) using the Skeena 1 banquet room. The event was catered - the food was great and well presented! The banquet room itself looked good - newly renovated! Customer service was more than satisfactory. The event was a success!
