I read the other reviews and thought I would try this place from gut feeling. Friendly service upon arriving and appealing appearance at the lobby. Room was 2 dble standard. Old stale moist smoke was notable in room. Complained to desk and was told they don't smoke in rooms and it can not be. Offerred to refund room after I... More

If you want the poorest wifi I've ever seen, a dirty flannel left in the bath, debris on the carpet, a coffee machine in the bathroom, a door that doesn't shut properly and leaves you feeling unsafe, lighting that only raises the level of the room to 'cave-like', bath towels that are the size of hand towels, no bath towels... The decor in this room is some of the worst I've seen, but it was clean. The carpets were new and the laundry program seems adequate. We stayed here after our accommodations on Mount Robson fell through. It was one of the last rooms in town, and we were happy to have it. In our double queen room, there was... More

Stayed ! night....Aug 1, 2014..... Clean and Tidy entrance and lobby, quick friendly service, room was exactly what I expected for an older motel but clean and no smells, tv & fridge worked well, checkout was pleasant and quick. I will stay here again as the price of $99.00 at this time of year was good. (Did not use the... More

This place could definitely use an upgrade. Beds were terrible. The hid-a-way bed couch was disgustingly dirty! The carpets need upgrading. When I asked for a government rate the lady at the front desk said, sorry I'm new and the boss is not available! The pool and hot tub were ok. The sauna was coin operated and no instructions as... I am hard-pressed to remember a more cheerful or friendly greeting than what I got on arrival here, even though it was at a fairly late hour. The room, while not fancy, was clean & comfortable. Just what I needed between a couple of long travel days! If my experience is any indication, you will be made to feel welcome,... More

Just needed a place to sleep for the night. Was offered seniors rate which was fabulous. Had the side with the great view of the mountains on the 2nd floor. Clean room with queen bed, microwave, coffee maker. Love this area. I have tried other places but this was a great view. Wish the bed wasn't so hard but it... More

After my recent stay I realized I had forgotten an item in my room that was very important to me. As I had already driven two hours I was hesitant to turn back. I called Alpine Inn and the owner went to the room, located my property and volunteered to mail it to me without charge. I am grateful for... More

Cleanliness, comfortable bed, quiet heating, plugin for car outside room, pleasant hosts, convenient and an excellent location. Very acceptable accommodation for my stop-over, but would also be great for longer stays. The location was excellent. It is located close to restaurants and gas stations, just 1 block off highway very easy to find. It was a very big place so... More

Even though the place is non-smoking, you can still smell stale cigarettes. The air freshener used to try to cover it up only makes the overall smell worse. The bathroom door has sticky splotches of dried liquid on both sides of the door. The edges of the carpet around the walls are packed with dirt as the cleaners are obviously... More
