We had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were amazing and our kids had the most fun. Everyone was very friendly and we got the VIP treatment constantly. I would highly recommend this property for families. Hint: We were able to negotiate a better rate because it was a slow time for them so we felt we got... more

For $160 CAD, this hotel is not worth it even with a decent location. The rooms are average size but the furniture is very outdated and the beds are terrible. The 1st floor is freezing cold and damp, and our room was very damp. There is nothing to do at the hotel other than swim, the TVs are old and... more

In Bracebridge for soccer tournament. Received a soccer program room discount. The room was super clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The hotel restaurante was fine dining and a little expensive so we ate dinner at Crabby Joe's and had breakfast at McDonald's just down the street. We were also able to get Tim Hortons coffee, also just... more

Several pros and cons to staying at this hotel. The location is great and sitting on the riverside with friends midday or late into the night is a nice part of the visit. Our room was pretty standard in terms of layout, will be in need of new furniture soon - I understand renos are big undertakings for small business.... more

For the price of the rooms there really is nothing to do at the hotel but swim. We went back to our room for the evening and were going to rent a movie for everyone to watch, they don't have this in the rooms.I did not like having to walk through the weight room to get to the pool. Our... more

We stayed here and I absolutly loved it, there was so much to do and the staff was amazing! They were in the midst of painting and re-doing carpets but with it being the down time, it is understandable. Everyone was so nice and made it feel just like home. The food was great and I would really like to... more

We arrived at our the Hotel with great expectations. From the outside the hotel is very impressive, however upon entering the lobby the first thing we noticed was that the carpet on the stairs was very dirty. We checked into our room and for the price we paid we were most disappointed with the less than average room. The toilet... more

When I booked my room, I booked a room overlooking the river. When I checked in, they said they couldn't give me a room overlooking the river. They said that they don't gaurentee these rooms. I told them that was the reason I boooked at this hotel. After much discussion, they gave me a room overlooking the river. The price... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night and were happy with the accomodations. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a gym, indoor pool and hot tub. We found the pool a little cold but it was ok. There is also a bowling alley in the lower level of the hotel. We were disappointed that there is... more
