This is where we usually stay when in Chatham, the front desk staff went beyond their duties to fulfill our requirements. The only small detail was the thin soft pillows, but my family and I have stayed at many "chain" hotels and for the price this is good value.
Thank you for your comments, we are glad you enjoyed your stay & that our staff was able to make your stay a good one. We hope to see you again in the near future.

We recently stayed at this hotel with another couple as we were visiting the Chatham area for a wedding. All we generally expected were a clean hotel room and decent beds however these two expectations went amiss with our experience. Our non-smoking room had an overpowering smell of stale smoke. Although all rooms are to be non-smoking it would appear...

I stayed at the hotel for the dog show. They accepted me and my dogs with open arms. They even put us near the door at the end of the hall way so I didn't have to go far to potty them. There were plenty of trash receptacles for the poo bags. The breakfast was very nice too! They move...

Decent hotel for the money. No issues with our stay. Hot buffet breakfast in the morning, and quiet, clean rooms.
However, staff could use an attitude adjustment.
I traveled with my dog to this hotel, the room was very decent for what I was expecting. I travel for business a lot and don't like staying in small towns without 4 or 5 star hotels. But the cleanliness and comfort of this room went beyond my expectations. The bathroom had very...

We stayed at Travelodge Chatham in April 2007 while we were on our way from Quebec to Texas.
I loved this hotel. It is extremely nice, clean and well-decorated. We felt like it was luxury and it costed only about 100$ plus tax.
I loved the room. The hot breakfast was excellent. There were pancakes, eggs, sausages, cereals, toast, orange...

Don't get me wrong -- the hotel itself and the room were alright -- but the front-desk clerk was miserable. When I walked in and asked if there were any rooms available, she said no -- an obvious lie considering the lack of cars in the parking lot. Maybe it was the way I looked -- I'd just been crying...

Once again I am on the road for business.
I look for comfort, quiet and a reasonable breakfast with a local news paper to read.
Travelodge Chatham had all those things plus pleasant helpful staff.
Travelodge has become my travel hotel of choice for value and consistent quality of service.
Not an amazing holiday spot but a real nice choice...
