We've stayed here twice while exploring Huntsville and nearby Algonquin Park. Although it is certainly not a luxurious lodging, it's clean, appliances are modern and all seem to work, and one can even open the window (in a second floor, 2 queen bed room) to get some fresh air. The breakfast is adequate, though the breakfast room is quite small... More

Stayed one night and found the room was fine. Clean and everything worked. WiFi was good but would quit, which a call to the desk fixed quickly. Breakfast though was not on par with other Econo Lodges. Very little selection, cereal, bagel , small muffin or prepared waffle (not do it your-self like others). No syrup for waffle either. The... This place was great, centrally located in Huntsville, and reasonably priced. I would stay there again. I am looking forward to going to Huntsville again in the future. The Lions Clubs in the area are wonderful as well,

The Econolodge in Huntsville was used just for a night. We arrived pretty late and wondered why it was so difficult to find, due to GPS ..... The adress was not the right one, but we found the Hotel after we asked some guys on the streets. The whole City was dark - there was no electricity in the whole... More

Needed a place to crash for a week end of motorcycling in Huntsville. This is a no-frills, basic, clean hotel. Breakfast is quite lousy (but included so less of an annoyance). As long as this is the least expensive of all the area hotels, it's worth checking out.

the room was nice with room to move around, bed, sofa and desk, TV. Bed and pillows were ok, we had a good night sleep. One wall had patch work from being fixed and was not painted, the bathroom was a nice size but needed some more work on the floor and around the bathtub. Hotel was good for a... More

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the room was comfortable I had some concerns about the locking mechanism for the door. When we left the room, the door wouldn't lock. This happened each time we left. Apparently it's a common problem-other visitors had the same problem. Make sure to check that the door is locked when you leave... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in the first week of July. We had an opportunity to interact with the owner Jack Patel who runs this place. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and Jack is very welcoming and pays great attention to detail to ensure that guest have a good experience.

Skinny parking spaces but the Desk clerk offered his personal reserved space or a private space around back which I appreciated greatly. Within walking distance of downtown but on the quieter side. This hotel seems brand new including all surfaces and decor. The bed was a bit on the firm side which bothered my partner all night, then bothered me... More

We stayed here for two nights for a ball tournament in Huntsville. The girl on the front desk wasn't overly friendly but efficiently checked us in. Unfortunately if you have a first floor room on the back side of the hotel the window opens up to an alley/bushes/trees which makes for a dark cave-like room. The room was clean and... More
