The motel is on the east side of Kenora, about 1 mile east of downtown. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, just a multi building two story motor lodge just off the highway. We stayed at the Travelodge during a cross-country trip from Vancouver to Ottawa. Driving for 10+ hours every day makes you long for a comfy, spacious room at the end of your day. Our stay was good, rooms were clean, and the front desk service was above the call of duty! The lady at the front desk, Elaine, made our stay very, very comfortable.
