This hotel is used and abused by hockey players - i don't blame the players - i blame management for not modernizing the place and making it an inviting place to stay. Food was terrible, window tint peeling, carpet worn. more

This hotel is literally on the edge of Lake of the Woods. A 10 minute walk to downtown, it's almost next door to Safeway open till 11pm. We stopped here overnight as part of a very long car trip across Canada. Nice hotel, beautifully located with a nice clean room. Would appear to be an excellent stop for tourist on summer vacation. more
