I stayed here for 3 nights while travelling for work in June of 2008. It was a great place to stay - exceptionally clean room, great breakfast buffet in the morning, and the sleep number bed was fantastic. Nice linens on the bed that were nicer than most hotels. I stayed on the 9th floor and had a good view... more

Room was spacious, the bed was enormous and bathroom was clean. Stayed there four days in January, although it was extremely cold outside the room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was really good, the breakfast attendant even made me and my partner more food when we arrived to eat at 12pm! The hotel is... more

Stayed at the Radisson Hotel Kitchener for five days in the end of March, beginning of April 2009, while visiting a family member studying in Waterloo. The Radisson is located close to the highway, and it is easy to get around. We arrived late in the afternoon, and the persons working at the front desk was friendly. Our room was... more

WE needed a place for the night to shop St Jacob's Market the next morning after coming from Windsor and heading home to Northern Ontario . It was our second stay there. It fit the bill, close to Hwy 401 and the highway to the market, near Fairview Mall, gas stations and several restaurants..Enjoyed the pool and had a good... more

We had a one night stay at this hotel. I was really excited to be able to use the "Number" Beds. Upon arrival the gentlman that checked us in was wonderful. It went down hill from there. The sleep number beds aren't all that great. I was very disappointed. We had a restless sleep and when we finally fell sound... more

There's a quaint homely atmosphere to the Radisson in Waterloo (well, Kitchener, if you want to be precise about it); somewhat like if your dear Aunt bought a Radisson property and decorated parts of it herself. That's absolutely not to it's detriment though - the atmosphere is quiet and easy going; the staff are a genuinely buoyant and happy lot... more

Just what a hotel experience should be. Very clean rooms, exactly the room we booked. Everything was very clean, the staff was very helpful, the breakfast buffet was about what I was expecting for what we paid, and the Sleep Number bed was amazing. more

My sister and I live in Toronto and at the last minute had a funeral to attend in Kitchener so we drove along the highway until we spotted this hotel which was easily accessible and looked good from the outside. What a pleasant surprise inside! As two older middle-aged women we hoped for comfort and found it here! Good beds,... more

Stayed here overnight Saturday, October 13, 2007, while enjoying Oktoberfest at Bingeman's. Room was clean, spacious, very comfortable. Liked the apples in the lobby for snacking on, as well as the toiletries provided. For $70 plus tax rate on Priceline, think this was a steal! more

Overall this hotel is ok; it’s starting to show its age though. Paint peeling from ceiling, water stains on the wallpaper and the carpet was dirty. The main problem was the stains on the comforters, not good at all. Was in a good location, and the steak house next door was great. more
