Only reason I'm writing a review is for some of the negative reviews on here. II really think this hotel deserves a favourable review. The hotel is in real need of an update. For example, the shower head was leaking so badly, that the spray complelely soaked the ceiling tiles. The water got so close to the fluorescent light fixture that I was worried about safety and turned off the light.. The door to the room did not close properly. The TV was fuzzy.... more

This is a fantastic hotel. I've stayed here several times over the past few years - mostly around Christmas. The rooms are excellent; they are well appointed, clean, quiet, and have lots of those little sample size things to take home. The beds are uncomfortable, the blankets were torn, the shower pressure was poor and the hot water took an age to arrive. I was happy to leave this place. more

I booked the hotel myself on the Delta website, and as soon as I arrived, the staff were amazing! They used my name and made eye contact with me upon arrival, and treated me with upmost respect. We had a great time at this hotel with our 2 kids. The hotel was very nice, the rooms were excellent and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
