Stayed here September 2009 for 1 night. Good location just by the freeway. Good size room with 2 queen beds and fridge/microwave. Rooms seemed recently refurbished and very comfortable. I stayed here for close to six months straight, going home every other weekend. Hotel staff was great. Room was always clean and neat. Perfect for business traveler looking for good price hotel. I had heard that it's hard to get a good hotel that's close to downtown Waterloo, but, this hotel fit the bill for me. It was only 10 minutes from my client's offices, and, the room quality was above my expectations. more

I was in Kitchener for a business trip. Decided to try out Comfort Inn and was very pleased with the overall experience. Polite staff, clean rooms, decent fitness room, awesome breakfast. Everything met my expectations. I have been to many other Comfort Inns, and this is probably one of the better ones I have seen. more

The rooms are smartly furnished with all the necessary first-class facilities like internet, voice mail. I must mention the great breakfast that was provided was excellent. The staff was friendly and caring and the services were good. I might have to come to Kitchener again in July on business and my first preference would be Comfort Inn. more

I stayed here in one of the jacuzzi suites during Oktoberfest 2008. My room was amazing. Large comfortable bed, nice decor, microwave, fridge, comfy chairs, etc... Everything was perfect!
