Was searching for a place to stay while on a short visit to Kitchener. The place looked clean from the outside, but inside was not. While the Customer Service was O.K., the room wasn't. Stayed one night and bed bugs consumed me! Had to leave at daybreak.

This Place is crawling with dirty prostitues. Think twice before renting. Prostitues from ( Backpages ) are set up in this hotel. Kitchener Police should really take a close look at this dirt hole. Better yet close this place down.

My boyfriend and I decided to spend the night away as we were kid free for the first time in awhile. The first room they gave us the tv did not work as well as the door did not lock. We then went to get our money back and they would not give us our money back. They moved us... More

I booked this place through booking.com after realizing I had to stay over in Waterloo for business but had forgotten to mention to the client I needed to bill for accommodations and didn't want to do so after the fact. So I would have to "eat" as little as possible RE the hotel bill that I wasn't being reimbursed for,... More

my girlfriend and I attempted to stay there over the weekend of Aug 2 - 3 2014. The first room they gave us was as another review stated that it was likely a weekly rental room (swastika) carved into the wall and stab marks as well among other things. The 2nd room was initially a great improvement (5:30pm) however when... More

Room had an a strong stale smoke odor. There was dust on the surfaces of the fir nature and splats on the mirrors. I had to go and buy cleaning supplies. All through the night there we people telling and fighting outside the room for two of the three nights I stayed there. A bad experience over all.

I stayed there for 3 nights from March 12-15, 2014. It's an amaizing place to stay as the staff is very cooperative and helpful. I would suggest anyone who is going to kitchnere area should stay there as it is a real value for your money.....

Broken bed, smelly, suspicious caracters checking from different windows what we are doing... We suspect that some rooms are rented by the month to unemployed people. The feeling was not very positive. But yes, inexpensive.
