We stayed here for 4 nights in Feb 2012. I have to admit that I was worried given the bad reviews I had read prior to our arrival....but I'm happy to say...It was a FANTASTIC hotel! “Great Stay in Newmarket”

I had the pleasure of spending Christmas week. The staff always had a smile and couldn't be more helpful. Rooms were cleaned and beds made upon arrival each day. Will stay again.

“Good value in Newmarket”

While visiting family, we selected the Hi-Express for our hotel during this stay. We've stayed at most of the other nearby hotels and this is where I'd stay when we visit again. Good value. We had standard room which was nicely appointed. Hotel is nicely kept and clean. Breakfast bar was handy. Convenient location.
