They upgraded us upon arrival, presumably because of our gold crown status, which was a wonderful treat. The room was very comfortable, we had a nice view of the water. We ate at the restaurant, which was good (I had the perch dinner) and very reasonably priced. The continental breakfast is ok.

From check-in to check-out this place was perfect. The front desk staff (Andy and Sandra) were so kind and friendly.Check-in was fast.The room was spacious and very clean. There is a nice pathway along the bay.Breakfast is included. We look forward to a return visit.

This hotel is located right on the water front. It is fair value for the price that you will pay. The check in / out process was very simple. The room amenities are also pleasant. However compared to other hotels the choice of restaurants is limited. In addition the fitness room and pool area are very limited.

We have family in Owen Sound and have visited several other hotels in the area. Though the Inn on the Bay is the most expensive, it is by far the best hotel to stay at. This inn has been remodelled with a new wing on the Georgian Bay side. The rooms are very clean, and the 4th floor has access by card key only.
