Can be said in a few words- Don't waist your money- Hospitible - No Compassionate-Not in the least Polite- Very rude service at Main Reception Rooms-dated and not very clean Beds- comfortable To sum it up - there is a Comfort Inn right across the street, stay there the total opposite of the travel lodge!
Good value for business - well appointed rooms and good restaurant. You'll get a good sleep here too.

I've stayed at the other two chain hotels in Pembroke, and this bests them easily. The rooms are quite modern. I seems they are going for a "Hilton Garden Inn" look. Staff friendly and helpful. Small issues rectified quickly.
While the Travelodge in Pembroke is no five star accomodation, the renovation sure helped update it's very tired look. Thank you for your input. We have completely renovated some of the rooms but it is still a slow process as each room takes a bit of time. I am glad you enjoyed the larger room .It unfortunately is not one of the rooms that we have been able to complete as of yet .

Bathroom was dirty. Walls peeling, carpet smells like old cheese, moldy and dirty. Was not able to dial a 1800# from our room. Way overpriced. Nice restaurant, pool looks okay.
