Every once in a while it's nice to stay at a "full-service" hotel. The Sheraton Parkway is one such facility. Location: Off Highway 7 (which is really a very busy street) and close to two major highways (the 404 aka the Don Valley Parkway) which runs north / south (right into downtown Toronto 20-ish kms away) and the usually speedy... We couldn't fault the Sheraton Parkway. We stayed there for a couple of nights whilst touring Ontario from the UK. It was very well located for a visit to Canada's Wonderland which is within easy driving distance. Our room (A free upgrade to a lovely suite) was very comfortable and well furnished. There are several good bars and restaurants a... More

Being an employee of a hotel from the states my expectations are slightly lower on some aspects. The gentleman that checked me in was wonderful, he was quick and was even able to get us in early although we did sacrifice room type but it actually turned out better since the room seemed more spacious. The outside of the hotel... More

The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The place is a little dated but is still a thing of beauty. Lots of resturants close by(walking distance). Lots of infastructure construction in the area but most of it is about complete so should be better soon.

The hotel is old and tired. As a top tire platinum member I was not offered the benefits, even after I asked. The hotel is old, rooms are dingy (the first room we were given had a broken cabinet, drawer and bathroom door), not well lit and not well layer out. The bathroom is dingy, many rooms have cracked floor... More

First time at a Sheraton. Room is old, worn, and poorly laid out. In room jacuzzi is a very old and small in-bathroom whirlpool tub. Room is small and boxy. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Extra charge for everything. I learned my lesson and won't stay at Sheraton again. Front desk was kind, but couldn't help. If I could cancel... More

I have been to this property many times, and decided to stay there again this week. What a disappointment. Check-in was unbearably slow. Ben was trying to help another guest (w/o a reservation!) so the wait in the SPG Plat/Gold line was unbelievably long. My room request (on club floor) was not honored. Our room (on the 7th) was old... More

This hotel in the suburbs of Toronto is tired and worn. The carpeting, wallpaper, bathroom are 20+ years old. My local sponsors were embarrassed when they walked in the hotel and saw what was supposed to be a AAA 4diamond hotel-hard to know how that happened unless the rating was a decade old. The Marriott Courtyard and Marriott Residence Inn... More

Let me start off by stating that the hotel was very nice. I've travelled many times, including to Vegas for conventions, where I'd expect this situation, but never had. We stayed in room 310 (by the elevator). At 9pm a few girls were hanging out by the elevator, clearing drinking and being very loud. They were joined by many friends... More

I recently stayed for a couple of months duration and the entire stay was an extremely pleasant experience, due mainly to the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. The responsiveness from the front desk staff, the lounge/bar staff to the ladies servicing the rooms was very impressive and not usually available from other hotels. The location of the hotel to...
