Been at several Sheraton hotels in the past year, but not by choice. This one was for a hockey tournament. Although the price was right (group rate), the room was small. There was no complimentary wireless internet in the rooms, only in the lobby. However, I had to go to the check-in counter to get a pascode, since their internet... more

Pretty average Sheraton, located right at the 404 and Hwy 7. The parking lot was pretty jammed since the Best Western is basically attached to the Sheraton and the parking lot is shared. Seems to have a big conference / wedding area also that kept things busy. Room was nice, clean, also very quiet despite being on a floor with... more

We just returned from a stay at the Sheraton Parkway. We chose this hotel because of its Wonderland Package promotion. The advertisement listed renovations totalling $10 million had been completed at the hotel. $10 million must not go far these days, as the room seemed very dated (and dusty). When I tried to adjust the air conditioning, the thermostat control... more

The 4-diamond Sheraton Parkway Hotel offers 2 indoor pools and 1 outdoor salt water pool as part of the 25,000 sq. ft. Athletic Club. We are proud to be able to offer our guests these amenities rarely found at 1 hotel. Our guests all receive complimentary access to the Athletic Club, however for safety and security purposes, all guests are...

Stayed at the Sheraton 27-29 July 2009 on Wonderland Package. "Upgraded" to Jacuzzi suite. The Lobby is impressive and staff is friendly. The rooms are not recently renovated as advertised. The bathroom is outdated but very large. The jacuzzi did not look clean so did not use it. The rest of the suite was very small. The pullout bed was... more

Corporate Jacuzzi Suites feature a living area with double pull-out sofa bed, wing back chair, TV and working desk. The bedroom featuring 1 King or Queen bed is separated from the living room with elegant french glass doors, with the entire room is enhanced with rich wood accents. This room offers a great option for privacy, as well as a...

Recently stayed here for a weekend. Staff was friendly at check in and at all times. The problems were that when you called room service no one ever answered. You had to call guest services to find them. Room service was quick and nice but I question their chef's choices on some of their menu options like a strange red... more

The Sheraton has two towers with two different types of showers. In the Richmond Tower, we offer traditional bath tub type showers with our curved shower rods offering 25% additional space while in the shower. If space in the shower is an issue, the Richmond Tower will definitely be the best choice. We are constantly training our associates to ensure...

Pretty much as one would expect here. It's a modern, big brand name, chain-hotel. At the intersection of Hwy 400 & Hwy 7/407. Lots of parking, shopping & restaurants nearby. Friendly staff at reception, housekeeping & restaurants. All good. Well done. There's a Starbucks near the reception area, a bar, a cafe, and a more proper restaurant in the lobby... more

I stayed last night at this hotel. Conveniently located near the 404, it was easy access to go anywhere. The lobby was clean and nice. Staff at the front desk was friendly and was able to accomodate the type of bed I wanted, eventhough it was booked as a two double bed on priceline. The room was decent. It looked... more

Richmond Hill is in North Toronto about 20 minutes from the downtown core. Known for being a safe and friendly town, Richmond Hill is certainly not a town with Prostitutes. The Sheraton has 2 onsite Security Officers 24/7 to ensure the safety and security of our guests.

Stayed here for business for a couple of days and booked a jacuzzi suite as the room rate was very good. The room was nice and big, bed was comfortable, 2 tvs including a flat panel TV in the bedroom. The only negative was the walk in shower, way too small (height and width). Anyone bigger than 6' and 250lbs... more

This was my second time at the hotel. Last visit was during 2005. They recently renovated one wing and luckily we were given the newer rooms. We were originally booked for a suite with king size bed. Not really a suite but a larger deluxe room. Overall the room was satisfactory. It had microwave and small bar fridge. The hotel... more
