When we are traveling and just stoping for a night, we prefer a motel where you can drive up to your room, unload what you need, etc. However, when we are staying in a town for a few days, we prefer a nicer hotel, with everything indoors in case of rain or snow. And this really is a very nice... More

Four of us stayed 3 nights in a spacious room with 2 queen beds. Modern finishings, very comfortable and well-equipped room, including in-room safe, mini-fridge, large screen TV. Free wi-fi. More than 6 AC outlets on the nightstand so easy to charge all our gadgets. Large outdoor parking lot (free). Location was very convenient - just across the street from... More

Stayed here for a convocation ceremony - got early check in as we were exhausted, front desk staff very nice, and lobby/interior surprisingly modern and very clean. Room was spacious, with a king bed, upgraded washroom, and couch with a closet/coffee area. Bed was extremely comfortable and had a great sleep. Would reccomend!

My son and I stayed for one night. I was expecting adequate chain hotel accommodations. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was fantastic. They had a pool, fitness room, breakfast and super comfortable room. The room was equipped with a small kitchen for self catering. Wi-Fi was extremely good and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast included cereals, eggs, pastries,... More

I stayed at this Hotel for about 9 hours on a business trip. The room was clean, located near an elevator, in great condition and the help at the front desk was super. Samantha went out of her way to help me print all my PDF's in a hurry which I appreciated. The hotel is located near a bunch of... More

We had a swim meet at WLU. This site provided great service, amenities and a really quick run to the university pool. Staff was wonderful (thanks Andrea) and the facility was clean, neat and well maintained. Note, the pool is tiny and on the lowest floor. Not a place to hang out and get a tan, but more than enough... More

The elevator in the hotel does not access all areas of the hotel. There is a wing that is only accessible by stairs. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs to our room - no hotel staff offered to help. The pull out bed is all springs and no padding. The coffee maker had scum inside of it.... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay with us. We limit access to all regions of the hotel through the elevator as a security measure, as we want our guests to feel safe in their guest rooms. We sincerely apologize no one assisted you... More

There are a number of hotels in Waterloo and this one is very convenient for certain travellers. The business park, including Blackberry is inside a 10 minute drive as well as RIM Park for sports events (hockey, volleyball). Conestoga Mall is right across the street. The university, however, is not so close - about a 15-20 minute drive. St. Jacobs... More

Arrived 27APR2015 around 08:00 p.m. and were greeted by Andrea and she was amazing which started our stay off well. 28APR2015 went down for breakfast around 8, went for the buffet breakfast, don't do it. Buffet was empty when we arrived and over the course of 30 minutes they brought out 1 small plate of scrambled eggs and 12 strips... More

This is a hotel that was converted to a Four Points. Clean and you would be hard pressed to distinguish this from the close by Four Points in Cambridge. Pros: • Friendly staff. • Clean rooms, included in room wifi and cabling for a hard connection. • Built in USB outlet on the writing desk. • Ample wall outlets that... More
