Only stayed for one night but it was good for what I needed. Bed was comfortable and I received a free beer voucher to be used later in the day; nice surprise... Price is a bit steep compared to other hotels in the area but its very comfortable and clean. Nice hot tub for the end of the day woes.... More

My son and I travelled to this hotel during the summer of 2014 for a one night stay. The hotel is well situated, clean with comfortable beds and reasonably priced. If you're looking for a 5 star luxury hotel this isn't your place, but, if you need a pleasant place to stay for a few nights while in the Waterloo... More

Not worth the hefty rates. With the prices they charge, they should AT LEAST include a continental breakfast and free internet. What a nerve to charge an extra $10/day for internet. Also, no bathtub or independent fan for the washroom. Sure, it's clean ... They've only been open for a week. We won't stay here again.

The hotel is spotless! Friendly helpful staff, well appointed rooms, and a great central location will make this our go to spot when we visit this area. We enjoyed our room with a lounge area separate from the bedroom. The lobby of the hotel also boasted a lovely electric fireplace that was very inviting.

Workers very friendly and most things out of their control but this place is not worth what they charge. First night no Internet in room so I was not able to lay in bed and relax but had to sit in lobby to use Internet. Food is ridiculously priced. Buffet was cold both days even though I went down much... More

The first thing I noticed as I entered my originally assigned room was that the ventilation system was not on. It turned out that it was not working so I was moved to another room across the hall and even further from the lobby. The good news was that even though I was on the ground floor it was quiet.... Conveniently located near the university area. Standard sized room with modern design and traditional furniture with 1 sofa bed, chair and 2 bedside tables with stools. Shower could be stronger. Amenity supply in wall mounted dispenser. Air conditioning unit was a bit loud when “ ON” but room was stuffy when machine was idle. Thin door as can hear every... More

I would like to congratulate Samantha and her team for making us feel welcome to their hotel. There was a problem from our side which Samantha dealt with extremely professionally and saved us money. So thanks. The room was clean and tidy and we were introduced to a new system, well it was to us, if you looked after your... More

We stayed in this hotel's former incarnation, The Destination Inn, many times. This was our first time in it since it became Four Points. We were very impressed with the renovations and improvements that have been done. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Friendly and helpful staff as always in the past. Room was clean and attractive.... More

The property is old but reimbursement and well maintained, room is clean and excellence service provided. Location is very good, around ten minute drive to St. Jacob Ville and cross of Canastoga Mall Waterloo.
