Any review that rates this hotel above a 1 is misleading. The hotel is a good 25 minutes from the falls. When we drove up to the hotel (which is in the middle of no where), there were enormous potholes in the parking lot and empty beer cans all over the place. We stayed in August 2006. This was an OK motel. It has inside hallways, so it's a little better than a motel, but the rooms are just so-so. We had the "executive suite," which is a bit of a joke. As someone who travels for a living I have no problem recommending the Days Inn Welland. It is a convenient stop in the Niagara Region (I do work in many of the cities in the area). The staff are super friendly and always welcome me. I will continue to stay in this hotel when down on business. more

When I stay at a hotel, I DO NOT want people running in the halls and noisy AFTER 11:00pm. If you want to make noise go to the strip at the Falls and you can party all you want.
