We stayed for 3 nights. The same trash littered the front entry of the hotel on the last day as when we arrived. Trash cans in front were overflowing as well as the cigarette butt disposal container, presenting a bad original impression that hadn't been addressed for the duration. The room and bed was ok, but overall the place is... more

Well, the pool is absolutely amazing. & Only 76 rooms in the hotel, so not many people were in the pool. Sauna was nice. VERY RELAXING. The room was fair. It's what I expected. It's nice that they had a bathtub in the bathroom not many hotels have them. I loved the complementary shampoo/conditioner/etc. Housekeeping managed to come everyday, one... more

The pool area floor is extremely dangerous. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The furniture was old, stained and looked like it belonged in the 80's. The carpet in the room and the hallways were worn and appeared dirty. People were still eating breakfast at 9am but the employee came and took everything away. Very poor customer service. I... more

Second time my family has stayed here with a group booking, same results. Beds are so old you can feel the grid pattern digging through the mattress into your back. Pool has been around so long the tiles are super slick. On each visit more than one of our group has slipped and fallen on the deck. Sauna heater has... more

Spent one night at this hotel in July 2008. That was one night too many. Very overpriced for a run down, dingy room. The carpeting was well beyond its day with a clear imprint/burn mark of a steam iron being left on in the middle of the floor. Bathroom was adequate. Poor television reception. Parking lot in poor shape. Exterior... more

I came here on a business trip with two other co-workers. After arriving into our dirty room (which featured old toenail clippings on the heater) we knew we could not stay here the remaining 3 nights. The next day we checked around and found a much cleaner place, Best Western Rose City Suites, which was closer to our training location... more

This location was perfect for our niagara getaway. Room was clean and staff was good. The price was almost too good to be true, I will be going back in February for my anniversary! more

It was the New Year Eve of 2007 when we stayed in the inn for one night. Check-in was done late night on the New Year Eve and I was asking the staff whether the room we stayed at provided good wifi signal, and clueless staff replied me saying she wasn't sure since she'd been working there for only 4... more

After [--] letting us down considerably, we were scurrying to make last minute hotel reservations and came accross this little gem. It is a great deal cheaper than any of the hotels right in "the falls". Yes, granted it is a 20 minute drive from Niagara falls, but it also put us closer to the other attraction we wanted to... more

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at this Days Inn and it was a pleasant experience. First of all the price was right. The rooms were clean and the staff was always available and helpful. They offer a nice pool and a decent free continental breakfast. The only negatives we found were that the bed wasn't the most comfortable... more
