The hotel was fine. Our room (325) was a little dated, but the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. There was lots of room for a cot, like something was missing. I booked a suite, but was bumped to a regular queen room with no comment. When I asked about it, they said that the 'compan'y needed it. No... More

Came to town for family event and was pleasantly surprised with the Hotel. Although the exterior looks quite rough, the rooms are very clean and the beds and furnishings very comfortable. Was concerned because our room faced the highway, but the windows blocked out much of the road noise. And there was no hallway noise. Located right next to McDonald's... More

Was here for work, checked in at the hotel was given room 112, went and looked at room it was a poolside room (this would have been ok years ago if I had my kids with me), the room stunk of chlorine from the pool and was quite noisy also from the pool. Immediately went back to the front desk... More

Thank-you for your review. We certainly appreciate your feedback. We have been doing several changes at the hotel including the new beds and tv's in the main part of the hotel. But we also have added a whole brand new building that we just opened this year. It has beautifully appointed doubles rooms and full apartment style suites in it.... More

I was disappointed in the booking process for a conference (they put me on a list rather than just booking me in). I called to confirm my booking and discovered that I didn't have a room but they did find me one and when I arrived was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was and professional the staff. The... More

Was in town for a conference and booked into one of the new suites. The main hotel itself feels quite old and dark, looks like it could use a good refresh. The new building across the parking lot however was very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable, and featured a large soaker tub. While the room itself was very... More

Check in went smooth and easy but no special effort. We stayed in the new building which is set up with suites. Nice sized suites with a kitchen with full sized fridge and stove. There is a nice dinning area for 4 and living room. The bedroom was small with a King size bed, very comfortable. Great nights sleep, stayed... More

Thank-you for your review. We always appreciate the feedback. I would like to assure you that all our guestrooms do receive daily housekeeping unless they have a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. Very poor service, we had booked 2 rooms, received confirmation numbers, upon check in they informed us that our rooms were cancelled. We did not cancel any rooms as they were a high commodity the weekend we were visiting Kindersley. So even if you have a confirmation number and confirmed them, they may not be there when you arrive. I... More

Couldn't believe the new suites - mine had private laundry and a full kitchen. It was a bit inconvenient walking across the icy parking lot to meeting rooms and restaurant but the new suite was worth it. I can't comment on the value for the money but this would be great for n extended stay or weekend sports event.

Was very happy with our suite! Obviously it's intended for long stays, but it was great for just one night too. It's like an apartment. Washer, dryer, full fridge, stove, dishes, etc. King size bed in separate room. Pull out couch. Two TV's. Very clean. Also LOVE the fact that there's separate thermostats for the living room and the bedroom!... More
