Check in went smooth and easy but no special effort. We stayed in the new building which is set up with suites. Nice sized suites with a kitchen with full sized fridge and stove. There is a nice dinning area for 4 and living room. The bedroom was small with a King size bed, very comfortable. Great nights sleep, stayed... More

Thank-you for your review. We always appreciate the feedback. I would like to assure you that all our guestrooms do receive daily housekeeping unless they have a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. In response to your comment regarding the dining room, we are currently working on a new menu with our new chef. And should have it launched... More

Very poor service, we had booked 2 rooms, received confirmation numbers, upon check in they informed us that our rooms were cancelled. We did not cancel any rooms as they were a high commodity the weekend we were visiting Kindersley. So even if you have a confirmation number and confirmed them, they may not be there when you arrive. I... More

Couldn't believe the new suites - mine had private laundry and a full kitchen. It was a bit inconvenient walking across the icy parking lot to meeting rooms and restaurant but the new suite was worth it. I can't comment on the value for the money but this would be great for n extended stay or weekend sports event.

Was very happy with our suite! Obviously it's intended for long stays, but it was great for just one night too. It's like an apartment. Washer, dryer, full fridge, stove, dishes, etc. King size bed in separate room. Pull out couch. Two TV's. Very clean. Also LOVE the fact that there's separate thermostats for the living room and the bedroom!... More

We stayed here late one night driving across Canada. While the hotel was decent and had all the basic amenities, it was overpriced. This is a town that capitalizes on oil patch workers, and has no real customer service for travelers. There are only 3 real options to stay and most of the basic rooms are booked, so you end... More

Thank-you for your review. You are absolutely correct that Kindersley is extremely busy and it is very difficult to get a room due to so much oilfield activity. And as such it is recommended that you book your room in advance. Thank-you again for your comments - Mindy Smythe More

We just spent one night in the new building of this hotel. The suites were well-equipped, clean and spacious. I wondered if our particular suite had ever been used before. It includes a living room with pull out, small bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, including washer and dryer for an excellent price. Definitely a place we would stay again.

Just in Kindersley for one night but the new suites were lovely. They have full kitchens, washer and dryer, etc. there is a separate bedroom and a living room both with big screen TVS. The beds are very comfortable. make sure you ask for a room in the new building.

My husband and I stayed there for one night and were quite happy with this hotel. We ended up getting the king suite. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated, although a little out dated. We went to the lounge for supper and the restaurant for breakfast. Both were very good and we had good service.... More

There is nothing special about the KI. I paid 120 per night for a king bed. The hotel is old and in need of updates and renovations. The rooms and hotel, while outdated, were clean. Clean sheets, towels, and bathrooms. There is a small hot tub and a pool with a waterside that never seems to be operating. The East... More
