My girlfriend and I stayed for a weekend in July. The staff was great the weather was perfect all in all a very nice weekend. We talked to a girl at the front when we were leaving and mentioned we might come and stay for Thanksgiving they asked for some info and we gave gave it to them and said... more

Very Interesting Take on this!We are a small 12 room B&B style country Inn. You were repeat guests. You know our cancellation policy. Your girlfriend personally filled out our reservation form [standing at our front desk] in her own handwriting [with you standing beside her] for you,her family and the dog for a three night stay on the Thanksgiving Long...

Stayed for a night to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was the facility's low season, so we were the only guests for that one night. The staff were nice and friendly. The pros were the staff and the blueberry scones (the few we were offered). The cons were the mattress (my husband described it as a board with a blanket),... more

If we had known it was your birthday we would have baked a cake! If you had asked, we also would have been happy to get you more scones. We already had all of the other muffins, bagels, english muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, juice, fruit bowl, fruit platter, coffee and tea out on the tble for you to choose from!...

Sadly, as beautiful as the Inn and scenery is, this Inn was a big disappointment for our recent wedding. The facility, rooms, cleanliness, and food were all fine, but having a very pushy, rude owner interfering with our plans has cast a shadow over what should have been a perfect day! Krista, you would make people much more comfortable if... more

Be ware you rent the place and pay the set up take down fees for sunnyview room $500.00. The staff also charge a $25.00 hr fee for labour on top.... more

There are always two sides to a story and in this case 2 sides to the people.... Especially when you read reviews such as this one and the previous one[same family] Readers: If you have any concerns[which you need not] about the way we charge people for functions I welcome you to give me a toll free call at 1-866-609-5522...

We stayed here at the start of our 2-week trip through Alberta and B.C. It was an easy drive from Jasper at the edge of Canmore, a nice little town overlooking The Three Sisters mountains. We had a family suite, two bedrooms, sittingroom and full bath. The staff was very helpful and were able to accomodate my dietary restrictions. more

Very good website and friendly on the phone. The rooms look fabulous on the website, but are average at best for the rate and much smaller than they appear. We choose the Inn so that we could bring our dogs on the trip. It was nice to have a smoke free pet friendly room. Over the phone the management was... more

We have stayed at this property many times, and have found the experience better each time. This is an Inn that has matured and changed over time in a location that is opening up and changing over time. It is also in a great location for walks - but always remember to watch out for bears! They are also pet-friendly... more

My husband and I try to go somewhere every year for our anniversary. This year we chose Canmore and Creekside. I was a little apprehensive that it was on the 'quiet" side of the highway but now I am so glad we did. It's only a short drive to any stores or restaraunts and we spent a great deal of... more

My husband and I just returned from a stay at Creekside, I would rate this inn with 3 stars for rooms, an n/a for the breakfast - we weren't able to make the 8:00 am - 9:00 am serve time (this is not an unusual time for breakfast for a b and b, we just wanted to sleep in the... more

We stayed at this hotel because it is one of the few pet-friendly hotels in Canmore. We were slightly worried by the two bad reviews here, but we had no problems. The manager (who lives in the hotel) was very friendly and competent. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. The continental breakfast was one of the best... more
