Newer hotel, extremely clean. We had a one bedroom suite with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It was very spacious for 4 people. The kitchen was equipped with a full size fridge stove microwave and dishwasher and all the utensils necessary to prepare basic meals. The living area had a... more

My wife and I stayed here during last week in June and thoroughly enjoyed it. One bedroom suite was spacious, well-appointed, clean and very modern. Maid service was included here (not on some other lodges/suites at other places we've stayed). Especially liked the bigger shower. Short drive to downtown and close to Banff National Park. A special note on service:... more

I found the Falcon Crest Lodge to be one the better hotels that I have stayed at. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. When I checked in, the Front Desk staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond of their way to make me feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently close to the downtown area - a... more

All the staff were super friendly, the apartment was luxurious, warm, well-equipped, comfortable, and even nicer than we had expected. We had a great view of the mountains from our balcony and could see a couple of resident marmots playing on the grass below. Canmore was a short walk away and was great fun on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Highly... more

I have used Canmore as my choice for short trip/vacation spot for years when I need time away from the stress of day to day work life. When I found The Falcon Crest Lodge by accident through a general search of hotels in the area on the spur of the moment a few months ago, I was overwhelmingly surprised by... more

The staff was very pleasant to deal with, they knew it was our anniversary and added some special touches to our room, The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and the hotel itself is far enough... more

My husband and I used the Falcon Crest as the hotel of choice for our Wedding Guests to stay during our March 2009 wedding. Everyone could not say enough about how wonderful both the accomodations and the staff were. Being from Calgary, I have stayed at a variety of places in the Canmore and Banff area and had no idea... more

I decided to go with this place because it was the #1 rated place in Canmore and I can see why it has moved down the list a few spots. When we arrived the clerk at the front desk told me that I had booked 6 rooms and that I would have to pay for all 6 of them when... more

Was staying to attend conference on site. When arrived no one was at front desk as clerk was out having a smoke so had to wait to get checked in. Found the BBQ in my room had not been cleaned although I had to sign a form saying I would be charged if the BBQ was left dirty. When I... more
