We stayed at The Lodges at Canmore April 23-27th, 2009. We rented a 1 bedroom loft with a mountain view- astounding! Clean room with a well-stocked kitchenette. The mattress was the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a 'hotel', although I would call this more of a resort or condominium. We enjoyed the hot tub (again with a fabulous... more

The Lodges was a great place to stay in Canmore. The Aveda bath products, the pool, the loft, the fully stocked kitchen and the stone fireplace really made it great for us. It's a quiet location but just a 7 minute walk into town. We had a nice dinner, went dancing, canmore has great nightlife, fantastic shopping and amazing restaurants,... more

Stayed in a loft apartment in the newer building at The Lodges for the second year running. Our 2 bed suite faced south west and gave us wonderful views of The Rockies. The rooms were spacious and extremely well furnished. The beds in both rooms were big and wonderfully comfy with TV's in both bedrooms as well as the lounge.... more

We stayed in a 2-bedroom loft suite at the Lodges for 2 nights last month, and the experience was pretty positive. On-line reservations were a breeze, and check-in was fast and efficient. The suite was clean, and the pictures that they post on their website are pretty accurate. The children in our group enjoyed the pool, while the older ones... more

I had stayed at the "Lodges at Canmore" several years ago and considered it good value for the money, this trip however I found it lacking especially with all the choices of new condo's in Canmore. The whole facility is starting to look worn and is in dire need of some paint and TLC. In our unit 3212 the rug... more

Have seen a few reviews where people have been a little fussy about this property. Can't see why. My family and I loved it, especially the children as the swimming pool is lovely. Lodge was spacious and comfortable with EVERYTHING we needed and more. My wife even did the laundry in the unit's own washing machine and dryer so she... more

We stayed here Friday Oct.12 to Oct. 19, 2007. The 2 bedroom unit was small but adequate. It had a very rustic feel to the decor. The lodge itself had a good location- close to grocery and liquor stores. Front desk staff were very helpful for the most part. We learned very quickly in our week who to ask for... more

We stayed in a studio that was very spacious and had all all the mod cons including washer/dryer/gas BBQ on balcony. On site there was a small gym, pools and hot tubs. You could walk into Canmore downtown in a few minutes. The views of the 3 sisters, mount rundle and lightening storms were breath taking. The only downside to... more

We had a well appointed and very spacious open plan 2 bed loft apartment. All the furnshings were brand new. Plasma tv, dvd, cd player...the works! Check in was friendly and without problems. Highly recommended location for exploring Banff, Lake Louise areas. Good restaurants in Canmore, especially "The Grizzly Paw". Large Safeway & Sobeys for groceries, should you want to... more

Our whole family (husband and kids) stayed for 4 nights at the Lodges at Canmore and we all had a great time. It was great to have a condo because we didn't have to eat out all the time. The hiking is super in the area and the pool was a big hit the kids. The units were clean and... more
