My sister and I had the privilege of staying at the Inn in November for our first time! We had never stayed at an Inn before but had always wanted to and with the Bear and Bison being so close to home, with all the great reviews , we jumped at the opportunity! When we arrived, we were greeted with... More

We spent two nights with breakfast at the gorgeous Bear and Bison Country Inn in Canmore. What a place! We weren't sure we would be able to squeeze in the time away during a busy year, but we are so glad we did. We received absolutely first-class hospitality from start to finish, and we were so impressed with the many... More

This review is long over due. We were married in late July a month after the flooding. With no road in front of the Bear and Bison we were greatly concerned that we would not have a place to stay for our wedding weekend. We had guests coming from as far as Texas and it was planned in 6 weeks... More

This was a perfect spot for our work retreat. We had 8 people but it could easily work for a larger group. The rooms were nice, it had a great atmosphere and the food was outstanding. Great view and very cozy.

We had the most relaxing time at our friends' wedding this past weekend. The staff were wonderful, the rooms so comfortable, and the food to die for. It is a great location with amenities close by and stunning views of the Three Sisters. Highly, highly recommend the Bear & Bison Inn. Can't wait to return.

Just before we went Canmore suffered huge flooding and we followed from the UK as they valiantly rebuilt. Despite concerns about how this would impact on our honeymoon stay we wanted to go anyway to support the people we had found an affinity with via online videos of their plight. We were rewarded by a lovely honeymoon room with a... More

We chose to do a 'Destination Canada' Wedding. We're from Ontario and wanted to have a small, yet breathtaking wedding in the Rockies. A Bear and Bison not only met, but truly exceeded our expectations! Jessica, our wedding planner did an amazing job co-ordinating our wedding while dealing with a slightly frazzled bride the day before the wedding. The day... More

Leading up to my stay at the inn I was involved with much communication with the staff via email. I was staying here as part of a wedding party for a wedding not being hosted at the inn(although they do offer that). Everything was planned and arranged by the owner, Lonnie. On arrival a printed artinary was ready. I was... More
