Stayed here for two nights this past weekend and it was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious and had great views. We even had a fireplace in the room. The hot breakfast included was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel; was very fresh and a large variety to chose from. Pool... More

We stayed at the above in Canmore because the hotels in Banff do not know what to charge any longer. They are totally overpriced. Staff is usually not friendly because there are so many tourist that they really don't have to care any longer. Canmore was pleasant as a town, has every thing you need, beautiful scenery, walk ways and... More

Canmore is a beautiful community with a dramatic background of mountains, reminding me of Boulder, Colorado. This facility is well situated, convenient to the highway and any late day shopping. My room was super clear, well-appointed, and very comfortable. For me, a pleasant alternative to the crowded streets of Banff.

We had an excellent stay at this conveniently located property close to Banff National Park, but with all the conveniences of Canmore. Nice indoor pool and hot tub on site to relax after a day's hiking. A unique feature of this hotel is it's "Green Rewards" program, which allows you to pass on housekeeping service on any day in exchange... More

The good: I asked for a quiet room and received one. And the breakfast staff, especially one young man whose name I can't recall, was very kind and attentive. But the price -- as everywhere in this resort area -- doesn't quite reflect everything you might expect. I'm told they are planning some lobby upgrades, which will likely help. I... More

We had the greatest time in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and my son loved the water slide. It's located conveniently close to a Tim Hortons and it's only blocks from downtown. I would stay there again. :)

We stayed for six nights in this BW hotel in Canmore. Although staff is friendly and everything is o.k. with breakfast it's housekeeping that doesn't meet expectations at all. We had to complain three times about not cleaning the floor (rooms have no carpet but a woodenlike flooring) and not changing the towels. The dirty towels were as we left... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Room was a decent size and so was the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast included eggs bacon, fruit salad, toast, yogurt. The pool was good and the hot tub was great after a day of trekking. No complaints. Would stay again.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel from the staff to the cleanliness. The breakfast was adequate. The only thing negative I have to say is the bed was hard. We had a king suite room which was amazing. It had a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, seperate shower. It had an in room keurig coffee maker, a balcony with a beautiful view.... More

Very nice clean room with a fire place! Decent view of the mountains from our window. The staff were helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was not great and a lot of noise from the highway. Price was good for a long weekend.
